Kylie Jenner turns 18 in August and she's wasting no time building up a portfolio of racy photos just like her older sisters.

On Tuesday, Jenner posted photos of herself lounging by the pool in high-waisted hot pants and a brown bodysuit with cutouts. The shoot, which the teen teased was a "secret project," was shot by photographer Neave Bozorgi and styled by Monica Rose.

Casting News Reveals 5 Major Spoilers For 'Game Of Thrones' Season 6

Winter still hasn't come in "Game of Thrones" Season 5 and already we're hearing news about Season 6. Casting news, to be exact.

Dedicated fan site Watchers on the Wall reports that it has received new casting info for the next season of "GoT." Based on the news, it appears some abandoned storylines are going to be revisited and some huge characters may be making appearances, perhaps even that one big one.

Image: HuffPost/HBO

The new cast reportedly includes a "no-nonsense rural priest," "an infamous pirate," a father who's "one of the greatest soldiers in Westeros" and a number of other characters, which you can see at Watchers on the Wall.

Based on the new casting calls, here are five potential spoilers to look out for in Season 6: (Though we should note that these are speculative spoilers based on this casting info and what we know from the books.)

1. Brienne will probably survive this season, and she could even meet up with a familiar face.

Image: Best Movie Gifs

A casting call for a "no-nonsense" priest who "ministers to the poor of the countryside" has caused speculation that Septon Meribald is going to make an appearance.

Because of that, as users on Reddit predict, you can infer that Brienne should survive this season.

Interestingly enough, this also means the Hound could make a return. It's believed among book readers that a gravedigger who is introduced during Meribald's storyline is actually Sandor Clegane, who apparently didn't die after being left by Arya. Also, since Meribald's story is so intertwined with Brienne's, that pair could even meet again. If so, let's hope it's the Hound vs. Brienne, round 2.

2. Gendry could finally return, and he might bring that one big character with him.

gendy

Hells yeah! Gendry's three-hour tour could finally be over!

This is getting a little further out there, but in "A Feast for Crows," Brienne's journey with Meribald ultimately leads her to an inn and the Brotherhood without Banners. If the story goes this way, we could see the return of Gendry, who is smithing at the inn in the books, not randomly rowing a boat since Season 3.

Though Season 5 has seen a lot of changes from the source material, author George R.R. Martin has said that ultimately the books and the show should "arrive at the same place." If this is the case, Gendry might not be the only character Brienne meets on her journey. This could mean the long-awaited appearance of Lady Stoneheart, but perhaps that's just a dream for a summer child. And winter is coming ...

3. Balon Greyjoy will probably meet the drowned god. IOW -- he's dead.
greyjoy

The ironborn say what is dead may never die, but too bad that doesn't apply to Balon Greyjoy. It looks like he's about to be super dead. A casting call for “an infamous pirate who has terrorized seas all around the world" and has a "touch of madness" has many guessing that Balon's brother Euron is on the way.

Euron is Theon's wild card uncle. He has an eye patch, blue lips and is a pro at messing up other people's lives. As Vanity Fair points out, his appearance could mean he's there to try to take over as leader of the ironmen following the mysterious death of Balon (a death that's theorized to have been orchestrated by the younger bro).

4. Sam Tarly's dad might save Margaery.

Image: Tumblr

Though Margaery was imprisoned in the books under different circumstances, it appears she'll be saved in a similar way. A casting call for someone described as "one of the greatest soldiers in Westeros" is speculated to be Randyll Tarly. Yep, that's Sam's dad. He was also mentioned by Stannis Baratheon in Season 5.

In the books, he's involved in Brienne's story, and, as one of the Tyrell's bannermen, marches for King's Landing in order to free Margaery from prison.

Yet another thing to wipe Cersei's smirk off her face.

Image: Giphy

5. Ned Stark may return, but not in the way you think.
stark

There are actually theories that the Stark patriarch is alive. But, assuming he isn't, there is still a chance he could come back in Season 6.

Watchers on the Wall speculates that a casting call for a boy with a North accent may be a young Ned Stark seen in a flashback by Bran Stark. If that happens, obviously Bran will be coming back as well, which is great for everyone who freaked out when it was announced that the young Stark and Hodor wouldn't be in Season 5.

Based on casting calls for two other boys, commenters suggest that Ned Stark's appearance may even reunite him with young versions of his brother Brandon and Robert Baratheon.

The North Remembers ...

It looks like Gerard Piqué and Shakira's son, Milan, could easily follow in his father’s soccer ball-kicking footsteps.

After Piqué's team, FC Barcelona, won the La Liga title on Saturday, the couple watched their 2-year-old score his first goal at Barcelona's home stadium.

The Colombian singer caught the adorable moment at Camp Nou on camera, and posted the video on her Facebook account:

A day to celebrate and Milan's first goal at Camp Nou! / Un día de celebración! Y el primer gol de Milan en el Camp Nou!

Posted by Shakira on Sábado, 23 de mayo de 2015

Piqué shared his own photo of the big day, which included the newest member of the Piqué-Mebarak family, 3-month-old Sasha.

Milan has been impressing the Internet pretty much since he was born with his clear affinity for drumming, his incredible ability to point out U.S. landmarks and the fact taht he’s been learning to read since before his first birthday.

Even Shakira has said she is continually impressed with Milan’s development.

"More so than one particular instance are probably all the little moments that we’ve spent on language together -- reading, learning to recognize numbers and letters," the singer told The Huffington Post last year. "I’ve been doing it with him since before he could sit up on his own and I’m continually astonished when I see that little spark of recognition in his eyes of understanding, even at such a young age. When he was finally able to verbalize the words he was recognizing around the 18-month mark, it was one of the greatest moments ever for us as parents."

Thousands Petition Billboard To Retract Iggy Azalea's Top Rap Song Win

Thousands of people are asking for Billboard to strip Iggy Azalea of the Top Rap Song title she won at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards.

Tennessee resident Christian Ferguson launched a Change.org petition last week claiming that Azalea is ineligible for the Billboard Music Award honor for "Fancy" because the song was released last February:

The eligibility time period for nominations is March 10th, 2014 through March 2015. "Fancy" was released on February 17th, 2014, nearly a month before the eligibility starting. This is unfair to the other nominees in these category, especially to "Anaconda" by Nicki Minaj, who most likely would've won. Billboard did not follow their own guidelines and should have to recalculate these nominations without "Fancy" as a nominee.

More than 17,000 people have signed the petition against Azalea, but it's probably all for naught.

The eligibility period for the 2015 BBMAs extended from March 10, 2014, to March 8, 2015. Nominees were chosen based on album and digital song sales, radio plays, streams, touring and social media chatter.

Azalea's "Fancy," featuring Charli XCX, made history when it rose to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and stayed there for seven consecutive weeks. It was also named Billboard's Song of the Summer. That means a whole lot of sales, plays and streams well after the BBMAs' March 10, 2014, start date.

The Australia native beat out Big Sean, Nicki Minaj and Bobby Shmurda for the Top Rap Song win. She also took home the awards for Top Streaming Artist and Top Rap Artist.

Television Mogul Byron Allen Defends 'Blackface' Obama Comment

It appears television mogul and host of "Comics Unleashed" Byron Allen is standing by previous comments he made referring to President Barack Obama as a “white president in blackface.”

Earlier this week, Allen spoke to a TMZ cameraperson about his disappointment over the words the president chose in discussing last month's violent tensions in Baltimore, referring to some of those rioting as “thugs” during an April 28 press conference.

Yesterday, Allen followed up on his comments during an appearance on “TMZ Live,” elaborating on his frustrations with the Obama administration.

“What we’re witnessing is a national crisis,” he said. “When you see young black men on the streets rioting it’s because of the two Americas. And by the way, in a lot of black cities unemployment amongst black men is 50 percent.”

According to the most recent figures from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the jobless rate for African-American males over 20 years old is 9.2 percent -- nearly twice the rate of unemployment among white men in the same age group. An October 2014 report in Al Jazeera notes high incarceration rates, lack of training, and discrimination as some of the contributing factors for the gap.

After launching his comedy career as a staff writer alongside Jay Leno and David Letterman and becoming the youngest standup comedian to appear on "The Tonight Show With Johnny Carson," Allen founded Entertainment Studios in 1993. Entertainment Studios is now a global media production and distribution company with eight HD networks.

In his TMZ interview, the Detroit-native and television veteran claimed his public criticism towards the president stems from a previous in-person encounter during a dinner when he personally invited the president to have a meeting about his concerns over racist comments made by former AT&T president Aaron Slator, and the broader problem of race and racism in corporate settings.

Despite his invitation, Allen has yet to hear a response from POTUS.

“As the President of the United States if you’re going to call those kids in Baltimore ‘thugs’ why don’t you talk to the chairman of AT&T who’s calling us the n-word, covering it up for two years, and say ‘you need to sit down and talk to Knoyme King and Byron Allen and resolve these issues,’" he said. "You can’t be the biggest telecommunications company in the world calling us the n-word. You’re the president, but you’re also black man.”

Prior to Slator’s April termination from AT&T, the former advertising and sales executive was the subject of a $100 million discrimination lawsuit after a 50-year-old African-American woman and employee, Knoyme King, accused him of subjecting her to discriminatory behavior and using his work phone to send racially offensive images, according to reports.

As for a resolution to Allen’s concerns, he went on record during his "TMZ Live" appearance to state that he’s not mad at President Obama and is still open to sitting down with him for a conversation on the topic.

Allen did not immediately respond to a HuffPost request for comment.

Check out more of Byron Allen’s comments in the clip above.

Trooper Who Did Not Report Duggar Abuse Listed 'Preschools,' 'Puberty' As Online Interests

The Arkansas state trooper who reportedly gave the young Josh Duggar a “very stern talk” once had a Yahoo profile in which he detailed his own sexual interest in children, according to a 2009 court document.

The Pulaski County, Arkansas, “risk assessment” document, which is publicly available online and was posted by Jezebel on Wednesday, detailed the criminal history of the former officer, Joe Hutchens, who is now serving a 56-year sentence on child porn charges.

When Hutchens was still working as a trooper in 2006, Jim Bob Duggar approached him with the information that the teenaged Josh had sexually molested someone, according to a police report obtained by InTouch. Josh had, in fact, "forcibly fondled" five underage girls, some of whom were his sisters. Hutchens did not officially report the teen’s actions but instead gave him a “very stern talk,” the report said.

Hutchens now claims that the elder Duggar did not tell him the whole story. In a prison interview reported by InTouch, Hutchens said that both Jim Bob and Josh told him that Josh had molested only one victim.

Hutchens added that he regrets his actions (or lack thereof). “I did what I thought was right and obviously it wasn’t,” he said. “If I had to do it over again, I would have told him immediately I am going to call the hotline and contacted the trooper that worked those cases and have a full report made. I thought I could handle it myself."

The year after his meeting with Josh Duggar, Hutchens pleaded guilty to eight counts of possessing child pornography after authorities searching his home computer found multiple images of “prepubescent children” being sexually abused, according to the Pulaski County document.

The document states that Hutchens’ Yahoo profile username was “dadsluv2002” and that his profile listed such interests as “Kinki Kids,” “Child Play series,” “Strangers with Candy,” “Puberty” and “Preschools.” The report also states that between 2004 and 2005, Hutchens “spent considerable time on his computer viewing child porn.”

Hutchens was initially sentenced to five years in prison, but by early 2010 he had been released on a suspended-sentence agreement. In March 2010, he was arrested again on child pornography charges. This time he wound up pleading no contest to 10 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing child pornography, the Northwest Arkansas Democrat Gazette reported, and was sentenced to 56 years behind bars.

Though Jim Bob Duggar reportedly knew as early as 2002 that his son had assaulted a girl, he did not contact Hutchens until 2006. Prior to that, he had sent Josh to counseling at a Bible-based facility whose affiliated homeschooling program has been criticized for its “horrific” teachings about sexual abuse.

The Duggar family went on to star in the TLC reality show “19 Kids and Counting” -- originally known as “17 Kids and Counting” -- beginning in 2008.

Josh Duggar, who is now 27, apologized for his actions in a public Facebook post last Thursday. TLC pulled “19 Kids and Counting” from the network’s lineup the following day.

Artist Richard Prince Sells Instagram Photos That Aren't His For $90K

$

Did you know someone could resell your Instagram pictures for $90,000?

Richard Prince, an established artist who plays with authorship and appropriation, made waves at the Frieze Art Fair a couple of weeks ago with his Instagram paintings.

Prince took screenshots of gorgeous Instagram pictures uploaded by models, celebrities and artists, and added creepy comments underneath, like, “Enjoyed the ride today. Let's do it again. Richard." Then he printed the images on canvas. Last fall, he exhibited them at the Gagosian Gallery, where they sold for $90,000 each.

He took photos of Sky Ferreira, Pamela Anderson and porn stars, as well as Doe Deere, the CEO of Lime Crime. Last week, she Instagrammed a picture from the Frieze exhibition.

You'd think the original Instagrammers could sue Prince for copyright infringement. But because Prince edited the photos to include his own comments, the works count as original pieces of art.

Not everybody agrees Prince's appropriation is artistically valid. Los Angeles-based artist Audrey Wollen, whose reinterpretation of Diego Velázquez’s "The Rokeby Venus" was reprinted, told i-D last fall that she was "really angry" he'd taken her work.

"What Prince is doing is colonising and profiting off a territory of the internet that was created by a community of young girls," she told the outlet.

A critic at ArtNet laid into Prince after the Gagosian show too, writing that it had "thin offerings for anyone who is in possession of a brain."

Some artists, though, appreciate the exposure. Stacy Leigh, whose photo series of sex dolls was featured on The Huffington Post last week, commented on Instagram that Prince "knows a good thing when he see's it" [sic].

Prince had reposted one of her images on his Instagram, which has since been taken down. When another user asked if he printed her image for the exhibition, Leigh replied, "I wish he would!!! I would be honored."

Missy Suicide, the founder of pinup girl website Suicide Girls, had a photo taken of the site's main Instagram account, as well as those of her models.

"I’m not holding a grudge,” she told The Huffington Post. In fact, she noted that it seemed natural Prince was drawn to the Suicide Girls, which has 3 million Instagram followers. “Our girls' portraits are the most compelling on Instagram, so of course he found ours," she said.

Nor is she critical of his work. “He’s starting a conversation about what we put out there in the public, and it’s definitely an interesting conversation to start having," she said. Missy's just surprised people paid $90,000 for the images.

To bring his work down to a more affordable price point, Suicide Girls is turning the reproduction tables back on Prince by reproducing and selling their own reproductions of his reproductions. The profits will be donated to charity.

"We’re just happy to make his art accessible to the kinds of people that he’s featuring,” she said. Ironically, the Gagosian press release warns that "All images are subject to copyright."

The Gagosian Gallery and Richard Prince did not respond to requests for comment.

Molestation Claim Against Michael Jackson's Estate Dismissed

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A choreographer who accused Michael Jackson of years of molestation cannot pursue his allegations against the singer's estate because he waited too long to file the legal action, a judge ruled.

Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff wrote in his ruling Tuesday that Wade Robson's claim is untimely and should be dismissed.

Robson had previously denied the pop superstar molested him and testified in Jackson's defense at the singer's criminal trial in 2005. Robson also spoke favorably about Jackson after the singer's death in 2009.

However, Robson sued Jackson's estate in May 2013 over the molestation allegations.

Attorneys for Robson said Jackson molested him over a seven-year period. Attorneys for Jackson's estate have denied the allegations.

Robson's attorney Maryann Marzano wrote in a statement that Beckloff's ruling will be appealed, and the molestation claim will be pursued against Jackson's business entities.

Jackson estate attorney Howard Weitzman praised the ruling and noted Robson's previous testimony about Jackson.

"Mr. Robson testified under oath in a courtroom that Michael never did anything improper with him," Weitzman wrote in an email.

Marzano, however, wrote that her client was incapable of filing his legal action any sooner due to psychological damage he suffered. She also noted that Beckloff's ruling did not make any determination about whether Robson's allegations were factual.

"We are confident that when all the facts are presented in civil court, there will be no doubt left about just what kind of sexual predator Jackson was," Marzano wrote.

Robson was 5 when he met Jackson, and he spent the night at Neverland Ranch more than 20 times, sleeping in the singer's bedroom on most visits, he told jurors during the trial that ended with Jackson's acquittal.

Robson told jurors that Jackson had "absolutely not" molested him during the trial.

Robson, an Australian-born choreographer, has appeared on the Fox series "So You Think You Can Dance" and worked with Britney Spears and other stars.

Marzano argued at an April hearing that the seriousness of the claims being lodged against Jackson's estate warranted a full evidentiary hearing.

Jackson estate attorney Jonathan Steinsapir argued that the law doesn't allow liability for a person's actions to transfer to their estate in perpetuity, and that Robson missed his opportunity to file a claim.

Jackson died at 50 while preparing for a series of comeback concerts dubbed "This Is It." His estate benefits his mother and three children.

The pop singer died deeply in debt, but a posthumous bounce in the popularity of his music has generated hundreds of millions of dollars.

Robson filed one of the last major claims against Jackson's estate, although disputes with a former business manager, another man alleging underage sexual abuse, and the IRS remain unresolved.

The Rise And Fall Of Johnny Depp

$
0
0
mid

In the interest of journalistic integrity, I feel I must disclose that my AIM screen name was once laurenndepp. I also may have, at some point in 2008, cut up a picture book of Johnny Depp and arranged his images in a heart-shaped collage on my wall. To experience similar emotional turmoil over the life and times of John Christopher Depp II, please listen to Hans Zimmer's "Pirates Of The Caribbean" theme while you read.

What happened to Johnny Depp? We know him now as a parody of himself, who prepares for a night out by deciding how many leather bracelets to wear. The quirky charisma he lends each role, once seen as genius character acting, has become tired and redundant, perhaps regurgitated at peak force with that Mad Hatter dance from "Alice in Wonderland." Depp has been dodging the Hollywood rule book since he achieved newfound fame post-"21 Jump Street," and yet somehow he's ended up tired and sold out after 30 years in the spotlight. He's reached critical mass.

880depp6

Depp truly hit superstardom in 2003 with "Pirates of the Caribbean." But he had made a name for himself long before. Convinced to pursue acting by one Nicolas Cage, Depp got his first part after he auditioned for "Nightmare on Elm Street" -- scoring the role after Craven's 13-year-old daughter saw Depp's headshot and thought he was dreamy. From there, Depp landed "21 Jump Street." The role of Tom Hanson allowed him to make a name for himself as a heartthrob. Soon his was Fox's biggest star. But he rallied against an image based on his magnetic good looks, making deliberately risky choices in spite of the fact that he had once covered Tiger Beat.

Depp rejected being the Hero and Romantic Interest in favor of building to films like "Fear and Loathing in Los Vegas" and "Donnie Brasco" in the late '90s. Almost a decade before those golden years on his résumé, he told "21 Jump Street" directors Stephen J. Cannell and Patrick Hasburgh that he wanted to be fired. He spit in the face of his shallow success as a teen idol, and signed on for John Waters' "Cry-Baby," a campy melodrama which actively mocked Fox studios' attempt to mold him into a pretty boy product. Once Cannell and Hasburgh let Depp out of his contract, he had managed to build enough of a reputation on his skill and range (based largely on his work with Waters) to earn the titular role in "Edward Scissorhands," despite the fact that Tim Burton had his pick of big names for the part (including Tom Cruise).

880depp5

That's the line on Depp's IMDb page where things really take off. It's easy to blame Burton for destroying our once-beloved handsome and accessible outsider. Thinking quickly back on their work together, it seems like Burton whittled Depp's uniqueness through the sheer repetition of characters like Willy Wonka and that unfunny vampire in "Dark Shadows." Still, "Edward Scissorhands" is perhaps Burton's best film and easily one of Depp's best roles. In a way, Burton is responsible for both creating and destroying his muse.

Burton's move into franchises and remakes is where Depp's methods seemed to fade to schtick. In films like "Sweeney Todd," "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," "Alice in Wonderland" and "Dark Shadows" -- none of which are original works -- Depp seemed to play on slight deviations of the same quirky charisma offset by a few weird hairdos. Released between 2005 and 2012, that set of films meant for an overload of sameness which managed to negatively affect public perception of Depp's earlier work. Seeing roles like his godawful Mad Hatter damaged the glory of "Ed Wood" and "Edward Scissorhands" in retrospect. Burton can't be blamed for the mess that was "Mortdecai" or Depp's tired fairy tale wolf in "Into the Woods," though those roles feel like they are part of the same chronic phoning it in. Watching even just two of the aforementioned disasters begs the question: how long had Depp just been playing slightly nuanced versions of the same off-beat dude?

880depp7

Perhaps the strangest (and most infuriating) part of Depp's career arc is that he would seemingly sell out at this point. He pursued only the most interesting parts when it was risky to do so, then gave into the cheap (franchise and remake) choices long after he'd earned the right to do whatever he wanted. He's said he doesn't "give a fuck" now, but where that used to apply to fame and money, apparently now it refers to quality.

Still, it's not too late to tell my inner 12-year-old that there is hope. Assuming he doesn't go to jail for bringing dogs to Australia, his upcoming "Black Mass" may be the beacon of light marking a return to form for several more decades of greatness. Depp has totally transformed himself for the role of Whitey Bulger. He's shed his handsomeness for blotchy skin and a receding hair line. The tired idiosyncrasies of the latter Burton canon are laid to rest in exchange for a studied intensity reminiscent of his masterful first mob film, "Donnie Brasco." There's a chance for Depp to move out of critical mass through "Black Mass," to continue, once again, picking roles for the love of the work (in favor of a fat pay check with which to buy more leather bracelets and / or islands).

If you close your eyes, you can almost imagine him talking to the mirror in the role of Jack Sparrow, Willy Wonka or Sweeney Todd, winking at his reflection and flicking his wrist as he tells himself in a flourishing accent that it's finally time to get back to work.

Someone Called Emilia Clarke A 'Fat B-tch,' And Now She Won't Google Herself Ever Again

The Khaleesi may have angered a lot of people on "Game of Thrones" -- especially the Sons of the Harpy -- but what did she ever do to those outside of the Seven Kingdoms?

Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen on the HBO show, covers the July issue of Marie Claire U.K., and told the magazine why she doesn't Google herself anymore. "I remember when everything first kicked off, I Googled myself," Clarke said. "You just do, it's instinct. But never again. It just takes that one person who says, 'She's a fat bitch,' and you're like: 'I'm a fat bitch!'"

Do year hear that? That is the sound of Drogon breathing fire onto the poor soul who insulted the Mother of Dragons.

While Clarke has done nude scenes before, particularly in "GoT," the actress told the magazine that she's hesitant to do any more. "I thought I might get stuck in a pigeonhole that I would have struggled to get out of," the "Terminator Genisys" actress told the magazine of her decision to turn down "Fifty Shades of Grey" because of the nudity.

The July issue of Marie Claire U.K. is on newsstands now. For more, head to MarieClaire.co.uk.

Breaking News: California Judge Orders Immediate Return of Kelly Rutherford's Children

2015-05-24-1432426616-5176287-HH1.jpg

In 2009, actress Kelly Rutherford entered the Family Court system naively believing that the best interest of her two American children would be served by presiding Judge Teresa A. Beaudet. In an unprecedented move labeled by legal analyst Dan Abrams as "the worst custody decision ever," these young children, Hermes and Helena, were ordered to live with their father, Daniel Giersch in France. This six-year custody battle has left Kelly bankrupt on both an emotional and financial level.

Daniel Giersch recently filed for custody in Monaco asking the court to retain jurisdiction of the case and was successful in his quest when Monaco declared the children "habitual residents" and restricted Kelly's access to the children significantly. Daniel is currently denying Kelly's parenting time while refusing to acknowledge the California court order that reads, "The Court intends that each child's habitual residence will remain the United States and that any foreign travel or stays in other countries will be temporary in nature, and not result in a change of either child's habitual residence, or of jurisdiction to modify custody and visitation orders, or issue new custody and visitation orders."

In a riveting turn of events, Kelly's legal team consisting of Wendy Murphy, David Glass and Chelsea Storey, filed an ex parte hearing in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday where Judge Mark Juhas ordered that Hermes and Helena are to be returned to the United States immediately. This ruling follows an overwhelming outpouring of celebrity support which came as a result of a petition targeting and appealing to President Barack Obama. The judge also ruled that the California order requiring the children to move to France in 2012 was meant to be temporary, and that it was improper for the children's father to establish residency for the children in Monaco.

Additionally, as the court documents state, the California court found that the father did not meet his obligation to seek a new visa despite the passage of over two years time. Yesterday's order was issued one day after Ms. Rutherford arrived in Monaco for a week-long visit with her children, but when she got to their school to pick them up, they were not there. The children's father told Kelly she could not see them unless she gave him or his associate the children's U.S. passports. The California judge's order forbids the release of the children's passports.

Kelly currently remains in Monaco awaiting a reversal in the order declaring the children as habitual residents and furthermore, enforcing the order from the California courts. Never before has a custody case garnered international media attention to this degree. I think it's safe to say that Americans will be on pins and needles awaiting the return of these two American children, Hermes and Helena.

Batman Has Officially Been Spotted On The 'Suicide Squad' Set

Videos from the set of David Ayer's "Suicide Squad" are leaking by the millions, it seems. Last week we got our first look at Jared Leto's Joker on set with Margot Robbie's Harley Quinn, and on Monday we saw the new Batmobile make an appearance in the upcoming supervillain movie. Now, the Caped Crusader has finally made his debut.

On Wednesday night, the Dark Knight himself appeared on the set, riding on top of the Joker's purple car in typical Batman fashion. Just how excited are we to see Batman? One fan's shocked gasp in a recent video pretty much sums it up.

Rumors that Ben Affleck's Batman would appear in Ayer's film have been circulating for a while. The actor was recently spotted on the Toronto set, and by now, it's pretty much official -- though it's likely Affleck's stunt double is the Batman we're seeing in the leaked videos from Wednesday.

"Suicide Squad" opens Aug. 5, 2016.

Back in February, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and North West were involved in a car accident after a ski trip in Montana. It turns out that cameras were rolling at the time their car skidded off the road into a ditch.

In a preview for the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" mid-season finale, airing on Sunday, viewers get a peek at just how scary the crash was for the family, especially for Kim, who cries out, "I don't have my seatbelt on, holy shit!"

No one was injured in the accident, which was caused by poor road and weather conditions. When all was said and done Kim took to Twitter, writing, "Thank you God for watching over us and keeping us safe."

Meanwhile, Kylie shared a clip on Instagram on Wednesday. "[S]uch a scary experience," she wrote:

This Sunday! Peep my baby Bambi in the beginning!& that accident!... such a scary experience

U2's Longtime Tour Manager, Dennis Sheehan, Found Dead

NEW YORK (AP) — For more than three decades, U2's beloved tour manager, Dennis Sheehan, kept the band running on time. Sheehan died early Wednesday, just a few hours after U2 kicked off its latest tour. But promoters vowed the shows would go on in his memory, and they'd be on schedule.

"Dennis always got the band on stage, pretty much on time. We're going to make sure we do that tonight, in his memory," Live Nation's Arthur Fogel said Wednesday. "It is absolutely what he would have wanted." Sheehan, in his late 60s, died at a Sunset Strip hotel in West Hollywood on Wednesday, a day after the band kicked off a five-night stint in the Los Angeles area.

U2 frontman Bono posted a statement on the band's website in honor of Sheehan.

"We've lost a family member, we're still taking it in," Bono wrote. "He wasn't just a legend in the music business, he was a legend in our band. He is irreplaceable."

Los Angeles County Fire Inspector Chris Reade said first responders were called around 5:30 a.m. to reports of a man in cardiac arrest. Sheehan was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Irish quartet brought its "Innocence & Experience" tour to the Forum in Inglewood on Tuesday, the first of five nights in the Los Angeles area.

"With profound sadness we confirm that Dennis Sheehan, U2's longstanding tour manager and dear friend to us all has passed away," Fogel said. "Our heartfelt sympathy is with his wonderful family."

The death in the U2 camp comes after other recent setbacks for the band. Bono crashed his bike in Central Park in New York late last year, suffering multiple injuries, including fractures to his left eye socket, shoulder blade and left elbow. Doctors called it a "high-energy bicycle accident," and the singer had surgery.

Guitarist the Edge took a less serious tumble when he fell off the stage near the end of a concert in Vancouver, where the band kicked of their tour earlier this month. The Edge later joked about the fall.

And the band's latest album, "Songs of Innocence," was met with criticism last year when it was delivered for free on iTunes by Apple and weeks later released for sale. It was nominated for best rock album at the Grammy Awards in February.

Kylie Jenner Addresses Those Bogus Pregnancy Rumors

Surprise, surprise. The rumor mill is wrong yet again.

Kylie Jenner took to Twitter Wednesday to address bogus rumors claiming she is pregnant. A photo of the 17-year-old is currently on the cover of OK! magazine beside the headlines "Baby news rocks the Kardashians" and "'I'll be a better mom than Kris!'" (Gossip Cop called the tabloid story "100 percent false" last week.)

The reality star had to call out nonsense gossip about her personal life just a few months ago. She addressed pregnancy rumors back in December, too.

In case anyone still had any doubts, Jenner has been posting plenty of photos to Instagram, disproving any silly baby rumors.

"Finally a few days to relax," she wrote. "I feel so privileged to be able to do work that I love and very privileged to be able to take time off occasionally. I take none of it lightly. Always good to have days with no makeup to let my skin breath. #washfacenobase #TransIsBeautiful."
