LOS ANGELES (AP) — Motley Crue is hanging up its guitars for good.

The heavy metal band plans to say goodbye with 72 concerts before retiring. The rockers made the announcement at a press conference Tuesday in Hollywood. Alice Cooper will tour with the group. Tickets go on sale Friday.

A Motley Crue tribute album is in the works, as is a big-screen version of the band's 2002 book, "The Dirt."

#RichKids Producer David Leepson Bounds Across Reality TV

"When you buy a show concept from David you always know it is going to be highly produced, extremely entertaining and guided by the next generation's superstar EP." -- George Greenberg, Executive Vice President, Fox Sports

Known for his rugged sports-oriented programming, top television executive producer David Leepson is the surprising man behind E!'s hit new reality show: #RichKids of Beverly Hills. Leepson, a six-time Emmy winner, is an 18-year veteran of fast-paced productions set in the worlds of football, boxing, car chases and stunts.

I met with the producer, who resembles an Alfie era Michael Caine, at his home in Venice, California, where he watches non-stop television with his delightful wife, the Venezuelan-born actress Marieh Delfino, and (sometimes) their Pekingese, Maude.

David Leepson and Marieh Delfino

#RichKids follows five lavish-living 20-somethings -- three women and two men -- as they Instagram their parties, purchases and pretty pouts, shooting selfies nonstop. At the start of the series, only the males are employed -- all are from moneyed backgrounds. And while some viewers may be appalled, and others completely entertained, by the Kids' insularity, ostentatiousness and label addictions, Leepson is clearly crazy for his cast. Made in conjunction with the powerhouse ITV Studios America, the first two episodes of #RichKids drew 5.5 million viewers over it's Sunday and Monday telecasts and 37,000 Twitter mentions.

Elizabeth Sobieski: Are people surprised to see Inside the NFL's producer, now producing #RichKids of Beverly Hills? Going from car chases to Louboutin hunts, from boxers to orange Hermes boxes? From creating Stunt Busters and Sport Science to documenting Rodeo Drive shopping stunts and nail salon science?

David Leepson: It may be a little unusual, but I am a story-teller and I love people and it doesn't matter if you are an athlete or you're a cast member of #RichKids of Beverly Hills. I love meeting interesting, loud, likeable, funny characters. So I feel like there's a translation there. At the heart of it, I try to look at these characters and situations and wrap them in a TV show. And that is so much fun to do. I never wanted to be typecast as a sports guy.

ES: How did you start in the television industry?

DL: I wanted to be a professional football player, but unfortunately I got a concussion playing high school football. So when I graduated college [Syracuse University], I wanted to work in sports television and I got a job at HBO Sports.

ES: I noticed that the female leads on #RichKids are all first generation Americans: Dorothy's parents are Chinese, Morgan's mother is from Sweden, and Roxy's parents are Iranian. Do you think the kids' overt materialism somehow derived from this, or do you think a Beverly Hills childhood has been more the impetus?

DL: Their parents had to work super hard for their money -- they are all self-made people. And these ladies all feel very lucky that their parents worked so hard and made it. Even though they live in Beverly Hills and they like nice things and look gorgeous -- and I love their style, love what they wear -- they all do have this drive inside of them, that 'we need to make it on our own too.'

ES: Even though they still don't have jobs in their mid-20's?

DL: Roxy has just started an interior design business. Morgan has a blog and she's an aspiring writer -- she's super talented -- and Dorothy has so many plans. She's gotten her real estate license, as you will see. They are all funny and their point of view is so witty. They live these fabulous lives, but they're also really driven.

ES: How did you pick the cast?

DL: The best reality show casting director/producer out there is a dear friend, Doron Ofir. Actually, I was on my honeymoon with Marieh and I promised I wouldn't be on my cellphone, but whenever I get an email from Doron, I kind of have to look at it. So when she was sleeping, I snuck outside, while we were in Hawaii, and I watched raw footage of these ladies who use social media like nobody else -- they are sort of Insta-famous stars online. I called Doron and said this is going to be an amazing show after we get in there and craft it together ... I think we may be one of the first TV shows to embrace social media in the fabric of the show.

ES: Do you see them as a younger version of The Real Housewives?

DL: They get compared to Housewives but I think they are so much more. I think they are uniquely unfiltered. This is a core of friends, not just a group of people we put in a house and said go at it ... This cast has real history, real friendship.

ES: In less than two years, you have created and sold five shows to series orders on various networks and have five other development deals in the mix. How did you find your way to reality programming?

DL: I started out working for networks before selling to networks. I got to live in the culture of a network ... When reality started to explode, nothing was off limits ... I got to see what was being pitched, how it was being pitched and now as a seller, I can relate to the network executives because I used to be sitting in that seat. And I understand the pressure the network execs are under. I understand when I bring a sizzle reel to them, which is my main tool of sell, it needs to hit certain hot buttons so they can convince their bosses that this needs to be on their networks. I like to become partners with all the networks I work with.

ES: Do you have a favorite reality show that isn't yours?

DL: It's hard to not appreciate what Duck Dynasty has done. It makes me really happy that a cable show can do such amazing numbers. And I have to say I do watch the Kardashians pretty religiously. I like creating TV that feels like you had cotton candy after watching it. That was a tasty delicious beautiful treat. And it was 22 minutes and I can watch another one right away

ES: Are any of your shows airing internationally?

DL: #RichKids is going to air internationally, I just learned. Car Chasers and Kentucky Bidders are also international.

2014-01-27-TheCarChasers.jpg

ES: How will your new Cesar Millan show, Cesar911, be different than the old Dog Whisperer, which ran for eight years?

DL: Dog Whisperer was an amazing show and working with Cesar has been one of the best experiences ever. I think this new show starts where that show ended. You get to see more of Cesar's sense of humor and the pacing is faster.

2014-01-27-Cesar911.jpg

ES: Which of your many programs would you say is closest to your heart?

DL: There was one called Tracking the Monster (2006) for VHI where I got to spend a month in Africa and it was a documentary about AIDS, particularly how AIDS affects women. I spent a week with India.Arie in Nairobi and a week in Madagascar with Ashley Judd. We had a mission to educate and raise awareness ... we were visiting the brothels of Madagascar at two in the morning, convincing the commercial sex workers to get AIDS tests.

That documentary raised a lot of money and opened peoples' eyes to the situation there. Doing that show transformed me ... I thought I was going to work for UNICEF for the rest of my life when I got back from making that. But then I got sucked into the amazing world of reality TV!

Andy Samberg: I Didn't Deserve To Win A Golden Globe

Andy Samberg was perhaps more shocked than anyone when he won a Golden Globe for his work on "Brooklyn Nine-Nine." He dropped by "Chelsea Lately" where he said quite plainly, "I was genuinely surprised, because I didn’t deserve it." While Samberg believes the show itself is worthy of recognition -- and it did win for Outstanding Comedy -- he thought he was outclassed in his category.

"It was like, Michael J. Fox, and Jim Parsons, and Jason Bateman," Samberg said. "Don Cheadle, who was in 'Hotel Rwanda.' Yeah, I get the acting trophy over 'Hotel Rwanda' guy."

Handler agreed with Samberg that he wasn't the best actor in the group, but she also agreed that the show deserved its big win. Fox is hoping to get more people watching its Golden Globe-winning series by slotting a special episode after this weekend's Super Bowl coverage. It's being paired with an episode of "New Girl" guest-starring Prince.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" airs after "New Girl" when both comedies broadcast special episodes after Fox's coverage of the Super Bowl this Sunday. Otherwise, "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" airs Tuesdays at 8:30 p.m. EST on Fox. "Chelsea Lately" airs weeknights at 11 p.m. EST on E!

'The Bachelor': Uh Oh, Sharleen Not Ready For Kids

Opera singer Sharleen continues to draw the eye of Juan Pablo on "The Bachelor." During a group trip to South Korea, he asked her how many kids she wanted. Juan Pablo has a young daughter already, which is why it was a bit of a surprise when Sharleen said that she'd never really thought about kids.

She went on to say that she dated someone who had a daughter before. "I was not ready for that," she said, and yet Juan Pablo's daughter is about the same age as the daughter she "was not ready for." Has Sharleen changed her mind about things since then, or could this be a deal-breaker -- if so, then why is she on this show?

Despite their conversation, Juan Pablo still gave her a rose, and she accepted. But while Hollywood Life's Emily Longeretta thought her admission would have been a clear red flag to Juan Pablo, Zap2It's Andrea Reiher is still on Team Sharleen. "[She] is just very honest about how she's not in love with Juan Pablo yet and she has no idea if this is the man she's going to marry," she wrote. "Well, thank goodness. Because it's been literally ... a fortnight since you met him. More girls like Sharleen for this show!”

Juan Pablo's search for love continues on "The Bachelor," Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.

Dear Kacey Musgraves, I Have a Big Lesbian Crush on You!

2014-01-27-ScreenShot20140127at9.07.15AM.png

After realizing that the "live" stream of the Grammys was not a live stream at all but a four-camera view of what wasn't happening onstage (aka a brilliant plot to get people to buy cable), I was left with a harrowing choice: bunny ears or bust. Several crippling neck angles and a dust tornado later, I managed to screw my lopsided antenna into my not-so-HDTV. As miracles would have it, it worked! I tuned in to CBS and sat down to lick envelopes, drink tea, and judge people... and, you know, watch the Grammys.

Truth be told, I hadn't even realized they were happening, but sometime around 8:50 p.m. I got the memo via Facebook that some live gay weddings were about to happen. There I was, watching and waiting to see Maklemore & Ryan Lewis, Mary Lambert, Madonna, and Queen Latifah make Grammy history by belting out "Same Love" as 33 couples (or 34? Nobody seemed to know!) exchanged vows and rings.

But then, out of nowhere, something amazing happened! No, it wasn't Pink's aerial act; after "Glitter in the Air," the show was nothing out of the ordinary. This amazing something had a little more twang in it: Kacey Musgraves' performance of "Follow Your Arrow."

Drawn in by her adorableness and very nice legs, I found my eyes glued to the screen. "Who is this chick?" I thought, half genuinely curious, half just thinking she was attractive. Then I heard, "Kiss lots of boys, or kiss lots of girls if that's what you're into," and it was as if a thunderbolt had struck! "Wait, did I really just hear her say that?! In a country song?!" The song continued. More girls kissing girls. The god of country music did not smite her. I was astounded.

Now, other than my foray into the Dixie Chicks post-Bush-bashing-hoopla, and that time my ex's parents bought us the Chely Wright CD for Christmas, I really haven't listened to a whole lot of country music. My knowledge of the genre is sad at best, and I had never heard of Kacey Musgraves before last night, so it was truly a love-at-first-sight kind of thing... but if ever I knew something, I know this: Kacey Musgraves is the best thing to come out in support of little gay girls kissing girls since South of Nowhere hit the airwaves in 2005.

I would hazard to say that this might be the first time that girl-on-girl kissing has been directly addressed in a country song in a not-joking, not-ironic, not-sarcastic, non-exploitative, neither depressing nor overly optimistic way, but rather in a completely nonchalant kind of way.

Here's how it goes: Kacey sings, and we all bop along to the following lyrics:

Make lots of noise
Kiss lots of boys
Or kiss lots of girls
If that's something you're into
When the straight and narrow
Gets a little too straight
Roll up a joint, or don't
Just follow your arrow
Wherever it points, yeah
Follow your arrow
Wherever it points

Say what you think
Love who you love
'Cause you just get
So many trips 'round the sun
Yeah, you only
Only live once

Take a moment and contrast the lines "or kiss lots of girls / if that's something you're into" with Katy Perry's "I Kissed a Girl" lyrics:

I kissed a girl and I liked it
The taste of her cherry ChapStick
I kissed a girl just to try it
I hope my boyfriend don't mind it
It felt so wrong
It felt so right
Don't mean I'm in love tonight
I kissed a girl and I liked it (I liked it)

No, I don't even know your name, it doesn't matter
You're my experimental game, just human nature
It's not what good girls do, not how they should behave
My head gets so confused, hard to obey

While the tonal difference between the two is obvious ("Follow Your Arrow" is unapologetically carefree, while "I Kissed a Girl" is apologetically carefree), the repercussions of each song are, on the surface, elusive. I find them worthy of consideration mostly because of the demographic for which these songs are intended: young women.

Let's start with Katy Perry. "I Kissed a Girl," though we love to sing it, is quite possibly the most anti-feminist song about girl-on-girl attraction, sung by a girl, that exists. While the anthem grants women the permission to kiss each other for fun, it leaves those of us who identify on the LGBTQ spectrum barking up the wrong tree, chasing after the unattainable girls who just wanna have fun. According to Katy, somebody or something has to be at fault for the kiss, whether it's the tantalizing cherry ChapStick, a lack of self-control, or irresistible soft skin and lips. After the song's release, across all sexual orientations, women's sexuality took a serious hit, and lesbian sexuality was similarly exploited: Girl-on-girl experimentation was seen as women lacking self-control rather than as women asserting their sexual agency.

Then there is Kacey Musgraves' song. Put simply, "Follow Your Arrow" gets everything right that "I Kissed a Girl" does not: It sets out with little apparent political intent; delivers its message without accusatory, self-loathing, or self-doubting language; and, rather than calling out those who find it "hard to obey" the rules, comes full circle by asserting that the "straight and narrow" restrictions themselves are futile. Ultimately, Kacey proclaims, without a shred of self-righteous indignation, that you should "follow your arrow wherever it points" and assures young women that there is nothing to be gained or lost by being who you are, because you only live once -- as in #YOLO, but for real.

What ultimately stands out to me is that "Follow Your Arrow" is direct and unrepentant, and though its message is universal, its target audience is in fact a specific demographic, commonly noted for its impressionability: preteen and teenaged women. With them in mind, "Follow Your Arrow" redefines the status quo in a way that is so understated and somehow in tune with Kacey's girly frills and country twang that it slides under the radar just enough to reach those girls who need to hear its message the most. The candid verses of the song validate female sexuality of all sorts, along with other apparently "subversive" behaviors. Its label-less reference to girls kissing girls, unlike in "I Kissed a Girl," simultaneously and awesomely endorses women's sexual exploration andtakes it seriously.

Despite my uncompromising daily commitment to reading anything that surfaces on Google News under the heading, "lesbian," I have read little about "Follow Your Arrow" raising controversy or creating negative press for Kacey Musgraves. On the flip side, if it was meant to be another "gay anthem," mission not yet accomplished... but in a good way.

After the Grammys, five minutes of research led me to find out that "Follow Your Arrow" was co-written by Shane McAnally and Brandy Clark, the latter of whom is an out lesbian. This was solid-enough evidence for me to reason that Clark knew how subtlety impactful this song could be, particularly among young women. Clark's sexuality also solidifies my assumption that, all along, the song's conceptual intent ran deeper than a country-style, post-Macklemore publicity ploy. And that, frankly, is nice to know.

The bottom line: I officially have a big lesbian crush on Kacey Musgraves. So, Kacey, if you're reading this, I have but one question for you: Will you marry me?

'How I Met Your Mother' 200th Episode: We Finally Get The Mother's Story

For its 200th episode, "How I Met Your Mother" had a real treat for long-time fans. "How Your Mother Met Me" was all about The Mother. It even featured a new opening title sequence featuring her and her friends. It was further proof that Cristin Milioti was perfectly cast as Ted's future wife.

As we expected, her narrative weaved in and out of Ted's life, offering us her point of view for pivotal moments we knew, like the night Ted returned her umbrella, and missed connections we didn't know -- she was sitting in that classroom Ted mistakenly started lecturing in on his first day as a teacher. We also learned that she'd been in love at a young age, and he passed away. While Ted has been looking for love, The Mother has been grieving and healing her broken heart.

Entertainment Weekly's Sandra Gonzalez loved that The Mother now feels like a real character. "A woman who’s survived real heartbreak, gone through real challenges and has real goals in life," she wrote. "I’ve been waiting nine years to see her like that — and I gotta say, it feels wonderful."

"How I Met Your Mother" is closing in on its big finale, Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.

Macklemore Takes Heat For 'Dykes And Drag Queens' Tweet

$

Rapper Macklemore took some heat Monday after a "dykes and drag queens" tweet he posted back in 2009 began circulating following his Grammy Awards performance. However, it all turned out to be one big misunderstanding.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis performed the equal rights anthem, "Same Love," with Madonna and Mary Lambert at the Grammys on Sunday night, while Queen Latifah officiated 33 mini-weddings live on stage. The 33 couples were from all walks of life: gay, straight, interracial and multi-aged.

The morning after the event, however, a tweet Macklemore posted five years ago began making the rounds on Twitter, and some social media users questioned the singer's actual level of tolerance. In the tweet, the Seattle native uses the terms "dyke" and "drag queens."

More than 1,000 people retweeted the post within 24 hours. Some questioned if the singer's account was hacked, while others accused him of cashing in on the people he "used to laugh at."

Alas, the message is not what it seems. A June 2009 article written by the Capitol Hill Seattle blog described a Bat n' Rouge softball game played at Cal Anderson Park’s Bobby Morris Playfield between the Drag Queens and the Dykes, two opposing teams.

Macklemore tweeted about the issue on Tuesday, writing:

The Huffington Post reached out to Macklemore for comment and further contextualization of the tweet but did not receive an immediate response.

Note: Macklemore's response appears to have been taken down.

Kimmel Reveals 'Bachelor' Lie Detector Results: Did Sean And Catherine Really Abstain From Sex?

"Bachelor" stars Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici got married in a live, televised ceremony over the weekend, but it was their claim that they'd abstained from sex throughout their entire engagement that may have gotten even more attention. It certainly got the attention of Jimmy Kimmel.

The late-night host wasn't satisfied to take the couple at their word, and so he strapped them into a lie detector machine to find the real truth. Each of them was strapped in separately, and they stood by their claims that they had never had sex with one another. He promised to reveal the results on Monday night's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," one night after their wedding.

Viewers got to see both of them strapped into the machine and questioned, where they stood their ground. When it was over, Kimmel asked, "Did they abstain from sex before marriage for a period of 16 months?” He was a little disappointed to find out that they'd been truthful. He also felt strangely proud of them.

The new "Bachelor" searches for love every Monday at 8 p.m. EST on ABC. "Jimmy Kimmel Live" airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. EST on ABC.

Joanna Krupa Reportedly Wants In On 'Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills'

Is "Real Housewives of Miami" star Joanna Krupa moving on and heading out to "Beverly Hills"?

Krupa has reportedly been trying to make the switch from RHOM to RHOBH because she thinks the Miami version of the series "is a sinking ship" that might get axed, according to TMZ. But Bravo doesn't typically move Housewives around and supposedly isn't willing to bend for the Polish model, the report notes.

Still, she has been spotted spending quite a bit of time with her California counterparts.

Krupa grabbed lunch with Gretchen Rossi and her fiance, Slade Smiley, on Monday, Jan. 20. Then, on Friday, Jan. 24, she was spotted partying with Rossi and RHOBH cast member Kyle Richards at the OK! Magazine pre-Grammy party.

When the Daily Mail asked Krupa if she was interested in moving to RHOBH, the outlet noted she responded "coyly," saying, "I don't know."

The 34-year-old -- who has been on the reality series since it premiered in 2011 -- has previously revealed her husband, Romain Zago, is scouting locations for a club in Los Angeles. She has also said her life is more about LA than Miami already.

"'The Real Housewives of Miami' only shows my life in Miami and, to be honest, my life is more L.A.," Krupa told Us Weekly. "The only thing that keeps me in Miami is my husband. So my life, my career, my animal rescue and everything is in L.A."

Back in November, TheWrap reported RHOM was not doing well. The third season averaged only 1.02 million live viewers -- a decline from the two previous seasons, despite a revamping of the series' cast and production, the report noted.

What To Watch On Super Bowl Sunday If You Hate Football

$

Ugh, football. One of America's favorite pastimes, filled with bulky men throwing themselves at one another, causing brain-damaging concussions. It's not for everyone.

If you're like one of the few million Americans who tune in to Animal Planet's annual Puppy Bowl, you know there are other things to watch on Super Bowl Sunday besides the actual Super Bowl. Here's what to watch if you hate football:

Zombie Bowl Marathon on AMC
"The Walking Dead" Season 4 returns to AMC on Sunday, Feb. 9, but the network will show a day-long marathon of the show starting at 10 a.m. EST on Feb. 2.

10th Annual Puppy Bowl on Animal Planet
Animal Planet's annual Super Bowl alternative is back! Watch adorable puppies play with each other on a miniature football field while kittens "perform" at the halftime show. But watch out for puppy, um, penalties, which are on full display. Puppy Bowl X starts at 3 p.m. EST and airs on loop all night.

Funny Movie Marathon on Comedy Central
Comedy Central will air back-to-back stoner comedies for the non-Super Bowl watchers who still want to salute Washington and Colorado's affinity for green. Tune in at 10:30 a.m. EST for "The Girl Next Door," "My Best Friend's Girl," "Austin Powers in Goldmembe" and "Dumb and Dumber."

All Day Rom-Com Heaven on FX
Let's assume that FX thinks women hate football and love romantic comedies. If they're correct, they're going to have a very one-sided demographic for their 16.5-hour rom-com movie marathon. Starting at 8:30 a.m. EST, they'll show "Little Black Book," "Made of Honor," "13 Going On 30," "Something Borrowed," "Crazy, Stupid Love" and "Friends With Benefits."

"Law & Order: SVU" Marathon on USA
It wouldn't be Sunday without an all-day "SVU" marathon on USA. Tune in, as per usual.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" Marathon on Bravo
Starting at 10 a.m. EST, Bravo will host a 12-hour marathon of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" before the series' new episode debuts at 10 p.m. EST.

"The Gabby Douglas Story" on Lifetime
Okay, so you're into sports. Kind of. Well, really you're just into the Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas. The Lifetime original movie about her life will debut on Saturday, Feb. 1, but the network will replay it at 9 p.m. EST on Super Bowl Sunday.

Binge Watch Anything, Literally Anything
Forget primetime and cable. Press play on Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime originals. You only have two weeks to catch up on "House of Cards" before Season 2 comes out, so you'd better hurry up.

Ugh, fine. Super Bowl XLVIII kicks off Sunday, Feb. 2, 6 p.m. EST on Fox.

Vanessa Hudgens is busy and loving it.

The former Disney star recently celebrated the release of her latest film, "Gimme Shelter," and made an appearance on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." Now, she's gracing the cover of Nylon's February issue.

vanessa hudgens

Hudgens is featured in the magazine's most recent issue, which includes an interview in which she talks about her "Gimme Shelter" role, upcoming projects and day-to-day life. Fans are buzzing about the transformation her career has made and how she has cast aside her good-girl Disney persona for grittier roles. For Hudgens, it's all part of growing up. "I don't think it's 'good girl gone bad.' I think it's more 'girl growing into a woman and being passionate and taking choices.' I have so much work to do, and I think I will always feel that way," she told the magazine.

Girl growing into a woman, indeed.

Hugh Grant Welcomes Love Child (REPORT)

Well, this is interesting.

British tabloid The Sun reports that actor Hugh Grant welcomed a baby boy, a love child with Swedish TV producer Anna Elisabet Eberstein, in September of 2012. Only Grant wasn't registered as the baby's father on the birth certificate until December 2013.

Upon seeing Star's story, Us Weekly requested Grant and Eberstein's son's birth certificate for verification. The magazine asserts that the actor is indeed listed as the baby's father.

What's possibly more interesting is that three months after the unnamed baby's birth, in December 2012, Grant welcomed a son, Felix, with Tinglan Hong -- with whom he has a daughter, Tabitha (age 2).

Just to be clear, this makes Grant the father of three children. Two, a girl and a boy, with Hong, and one, a boy, with Eberstein. Us Weekly states that the status of Grant's current relationship with either Eberstein or Hong is unclear.

Back in February of last year, two months after welcoming son Felix with Hong, Grant tweeted:

The actor has yet to address news of his love child.

According to The Sun, however, he is acknowledging his son and is supportive of the boy's mother. "Anna is being supported by Hugh all the way," a source told The Sun, according to the Daily Mail. "She lives in a very comfortable property in West London and knows that Hugh is there for her."

Juanes' Ex Manager Says Singer Is 'Ungrateful' And 'Despicable'

Juanes’ former manager says the Colombian singer is nothing less than “ungrateful” and “despicable.”

In an interview with RCN’s entertainment show “El Lavadero” on Colombia’s RCN network, Fernán Martínez spoke for the first time about the abrupt and strange way in which he and the singer parted ways almost three years ago.

“It's funny, after building a career together for 11 years, winning so many awards, so much publicity, so much fame and a lot of money no doubt, I don’t know what happened to him,” Martínez said. “He’s looking to reach other heights, I think he is doing it, he wants to be another type of artist and I don’t know, I wish him luck.”

In the summer of 2011, Juanes announced via his Twitter that while he wasn’t ending his musical career, he was taking “a small stop to dedicate some time to himself and his family,” according to El Universal.

At the time he also announced that he would be ending his 11 year professional relationship with Fernán Martínez, who represented the Colombian star when he first went solo and when he reached international fame.

“It’s true that my professional relationship with Fernán has ended, it’s false that I will be going into politics, that truly is a joke,” the star tweeted in 2011.

Martínez, who also represented singers like Enrique Iglesias, assured the hosts of “El Lavadero” that he would never work with the Colombian singer again.

“Impossible, when the mirror is shattered there can no longer exist and there doesn’t exist even the remote possibility of falling into that trap again,” Martínez insisted. “He’s someone I don’t even want to cross paths with again. To talk about Juanes you have to have a sorcerer, a lawyer, a toxicologist, a judge and a policeman in front of you.”

After his hiatus, the Colombian star returned to the studio with the help of Dominican Bachata artist Juan Luis Guerra and released his now Grammy-winning “Juanes: MTV Unplugged” album in 2012.

Martínez, however, still has a sour taste in his mouth concerning how things ended between him and the singer.

“He did a lot of damage,” Martínez added. “Let him continue with his career and doing the things he’s looking for. There are people who aren’t who they seem, they are a total farce in every way, in everything -- artistically, family, everything is a farce.”

Martínez went even further and said Juanes “is the apotheosis of ingratitude. He is a totally ungrateful, despicable person."

HuffPost Voces contacted Juanes for comment via his Universal Music record label, but has yet to receive a response.

It was recently confirmed that a sequel to "Pitch Perfect" is actually happening -- and that star Elizabeth Banks will direct the film. (Her directorial debut!)

So, what does "Cups" singer Anna Kendrick think about the exciting news? "Huge," she told The Huffington Post. "It’s totally huge!"

Kendrick is busy promoting her tongue-in-cheek marketing effort with Newcastle Brown Ale, dubbed "If We Made It," which pokes fun at the ridiculous antics found in traditional Super Bowl commercials. But she found the time to talk with HuffPost Entertainment about "Pitch Perfect 2."

As to whether or not she'll star in the movie, the 28-year-old Oscar-nominated actress has not a clue.

"I wish I knew. I wish there was a script," she explained. "But I really do [want to be in it]. I’m like banging down the doors."

Kendrick doesn't have much to say about the plotline of the film either, joking, "I don’t know what it will be about. What do you think it would be about? I don’t know!"

Well, all we know is that if Kendrick is cast in the sequel, it will be ACA-AMAZING.

Well, this is great: Pharrell's super-catchy tune "Happy," which is nominated for an Academy Award, collided with his giant Smokey Bear hat from the 2014 Grammys. The result is a delightful parody video put out by i am Other, the creative company headed by Pharrell. We have a feeling you'll watch it on repeat until Oscar night.

Syfy Renews 'Haven' For Massive 26-Episode Season 5

"Haven" fans sweating that tense season finale cliffhanger moment needn't fear. Syfy has made a major commitment to the hit series. Not only did they renew the show for a fifth season, but they doubled the order, giving "Haven's" fifth season a whopping 26 episodes. Of course, there's a catch.

As part of the announcement, the network explained that the show will be broken up into two 13-episode half-seasons. In other words, it's kind of a two-season renewal, except that it's not. Entertainment Weekly suggested that this may have been a money-saving move by the network. As the cost of television productions go up with each season, making the next two years essentially one long season keeps prices fixed.

Even more, there's a reasonable chance that the cast originally signed up for five seasons. If they were to make this a fifth and sixth season, then they'd have to renegotiate contracts with the cast to get them to come back for that sixth season. This way, everyone is locked in. This makes us wonder how long it will be before networks start renewing hit shows for 100+-episode "seasons" that last five years.

Part 1 of "Haven" Season 5 kicks off in Fall 2014, with the back half set for 2015.
