On "My Crazy Obsession" (Wed., 10 p.m. ET on TLC) viewers met Bob and Lizzie, unassuming Brits who are just wild about sex dolls.
They love them so much, in fact, that they have amassed a whopping 240 of them, valued at $150,000, in their modest home.
Perhaps surprisingly, Bob and Lizzie don't engage in sexual acts with the dolls. Instead, they see them as friends and companions and do all the stuff with them that they'd do with regular friends.
They dress them up in special outfits, drive them to the country fair, give them music lessons and take photos of them, which Bob and Lizzie then post online.
On one recent jaunt, the couple took their favorite doll, Justine, out for a drive in the country dressed in her best outfit, "the naughty police girl."
Justine even got to ride in the front passenger seat while Lizzie sat in the back of the car.
Where better to take photos of the naughty police girl than on the steps of the local police station? Unfortunately the local police force took a rather dim view of Justine and told the trio to move on mid-shoot.
