Since the move to Las Vegas, the "Sister Wives" and their families have been making moves to get the family closer together. With progress being made on their new homes next to one another, it looks like things are moving in the right direction, but Christine still feels that the overall family structure is suffering right now.

"I feel like we’re failing as a family right now, I’m sorry," she said. "Because we haven’t gotten together a lot, we’re not each other’s support system right now. I think that’s frightening and that’s absolutely terrible."

She said they just aren't spending as much time together as a family, like they used to back in Utah. Furthermore, she often feels like she's now raising her kids all by herself, which isn't what she signed up for when she agreed to become a sister wife.

Christine did admit on Twitter that she's learned to ask the other wives for help with the kids, which would seem to indicate she's taking some responsibility for the distance she was feeling.

The Browns are members of the Apostolic United Brethren Church. While The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints has officially rejected polygamy, the Brown family openly continues with the practice.

Tune in to "Sister Wives" every Sunday at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
