With the Season 12 premiere of "American Idol" only a couple months away, judge Nicki Minaj is teasing an exciting new season, multicolored wigs and all.

The "Idol" road hasn't exactly been easy on Minaj ... or her co-host Mariah Carey. In October, the two got in a heated feud that led to Carey opening up to Barbara Walters about it on "The View" and Minaj bashing Carey and Walters on Twitter.
