Liza Minnelli, Kim Novak, Robert Wagner, Tippi Hedren and Debbie Reynolds in person. Black Narcissus, Vertigo, Cabaret, and The Fountainhead projected on gigantic screens at Grauman's Chinese and Egyptian Theatres. Could any classic film fan wish for more? You could. And, at this year's annual TCM Classic Film Festival, which takes place from April 12th through the 15th, you'd get more: Kirk Douglas, Stanley Donen, Angie Dickenson, Norman Lloyd, Rhonda Fleming, and Norman Jewison appearing at special events and screenings of Two for the Road, Chinatown, Casablanca, The Longest Day, and The Thomas Crown Affair. But before going on about this year's festival, a look back is essential.

TCM 2010 & 2011

TCM's 2010 festival featured an opening night restoration of George Cukor's A Star Is Born (1954) starring Judy Garland and James Mason reinterpreting the roles originated by Janet Gaynor and Fredric March from William Wellman's 1937 original film. In subsequent days and nights, TCM programmers would regale us with no less than a 100-year-old Luise Rainer discussing her career and introducing a magnificent restoration of The Good Earth (1937) and Juanita Moore and Susan Kohner reminiscing about their work on Douglas Sirk's Imitation of Life (1959), which also starred Lana Turner and John Gavin.

Last-minute, surprise guests at TCM 2011 included Angela Lansbury introducing Gaslight (1944) and Julie Andrews' discussing her late husband, Blake Edwards' Breakfast at Tiffany's (1961). I sat next to a young woman who had never seen it before. She was enthralled by the unusual love story and dazzled by its extraordinary style with cinematography by Franz Planer and wardrobe designed by Hubert de Givenchy and Pauline Trigere, supervised by Edith Head.

Flying all the way from Paris and showing no signs of jet lag, a still lovely and energetic 79-year-old Leslie Caron opened last year's festival at the premiere screening of the 60th-anniversary restoration of her very first film, An American in Paris. Ever jubilant, she proclaimed, "The real opening night is tonight and the opening 60 years ago was just a dress rehearsal." She mirrored an overwhelming sense of cinephilic enchantment that infuses all events with TCM's imprimatur, "I feel like all of you, absolutely amazed... Hollywood Boulevard... the memorabilia, the pictures of all those great stars that have come before us. I'm a fan." Then when it couldn't get any better, Peter O'Toole enchanted a packed house with his humor and insights about his famous colleagues and his own career in an extended interview with Robert Osborne, soon after adding his signature and hand prints to further immortalize the sacred concrete in front of Grauman's Chinese Theatre.

2012: Four With Audrey, Two With Deborah, Jean & Joan

It's no wonder that this year's festival focuses on style in the movies, as it features four more classics from the icon of style herself, Audrey Hepburn: Charade, Sabrina, Funny Face, and, one of my personal favorites, the underrated, Two for the Road (1967), which co-starred the magnificent Albert Finney and introduced audiences to a young character named "Jackie," played by Jacqueline Bisset.

Art deco on film will be exemplified by a screening of George Cukor's The Women with its unsurpassed cast: Norma Shearer, Rosalind Russell, Paulette Goddard, Joan Fontaine and Joan Crawford.

Three-time, Academy Award-winning film editor Thelma Schoonmaker will introduce her late husband, Michael Powell, and Emeric Pressburger's masterpiece Black Narcissus (1947). Thanks to Schoonmaker, Martin Scorcese, the Film Foundation and British Film Institute, the film has been restored to its original splendor with all scenes of the young Clodagh -- played by Deborah Kerr, which the Catholic Legion of Decency demanded be cut from U.S. versions -- reinstated. The film introduced a teenage Jean Simmons as Kanchi and also starred Sabu, David Farrar, Kathleen Byron, and the incomparable Flora Robson.

Bonjour Tristesse (1958) starring Kerr along with David Niven, Jean Seberg, and chanteuse Juliette Greco will be screened on Saturday. New York City's Film Forum will also show Preminger's classic from April 27th to May 3rd, with a special introduction by Foster Hirsch, film historian and author of Otto Preminger: The Man Who Would Be King. Film Forum's award-winning director of repertory film programming, Bruce Goldstein, will host "So You Think You Know Movies," Friday evening's session of film clips and movie trivia. Goldstein is the founder of Rialto Pictures, a Chevalier in France's Ordre national de la Légion d'honneur, and recipient of awards from The New York Film Critics Circle, National Society of Film Critics, and National Board of Review. He and his dedicated staff continue to infuse Film Forum with classic and cult cinematic treasures, making it one of NYC's essential cultural institutions.

On Friday, Richard Brook's Elmer Gantry (1960) will play at the Egyptian Theatre. It features a seminal performance by the always underrated, luminous Jean Simmons (who later married Brooks), who wasn't nominated for her role as Sister Sharon Falconer -- but did win Oscars for performances by Burt Lancaster and Shirley Jones.

Rounding out its roster, TCM has assembled films by John Ford, Max Ophuls, Jean Renoir, Howard Hawks, Alfred Hitchock and other directors from Andrew Sarris' pantheon, which will yield classics such as The Grapes of Wrath, The Searchers, Letter from an Unknown Woman, Grand Illusion, Bringing Up Baby, and To Catch A Thief.

Cult film noir -- Robert Siodmak's Crisscross (1949) with Yvonne De Carlo and Burt Lancaster, Robert Parrish's Cry Danger (1951) with Dick Powell and Rhonda Fleming, expected to attend the screening at the Egyptian Theatre, and William Wyler's Counsellor-at-Law (1933) with John Barrymore and Melvyn Douglas with Douglas' granddaughter, actress and classic film enthusiast Illeana Douglas, in attendance -- is also laced throughout this year's festival.

I won't be there in person this year, but tonight when Liza Minnelli and Joel Grey are interviewed by Robert Osborne before the lights are dimmed for the world-premiere of the 40th-anniversary restoration screening of Cabaret (1972) and Saturday as Kim Novak places her hands in wet concrete and autographs her square of eternity in the forecourt of Grauman's Chinese Theatre, I'll raise a glass in celebration no matter where I am.

Bristol Palin On Levi's Baby News: 'Shut Up!'

Bristol Palin is upset and shocked that the father of her son is expecting another child.

"I said, 'No way, shut up!'" she told In Touch Weekly.

Bristol continued, "I think it’s a little bit of everything, and a lot of confusion. I’m upset about it."

She accused Levi of being an absent father to their son, Tripp--something he has blamed on Sarah Palin's efforts to keep him away from the family. Bristol told In Touch that Levi's story is a "lie" and she worries that if her ex continues to spread his seed, Tripp will be teased at school.

"I don’t want him to go to elementary school with 10 half-siblings," she said. "That would really affect him."

Levi and his girlfriend, Sunny Oglesby, appeared on the Insider Wednesday to talk about the pregnancy and try to bring Palin supporters over to Team Levi.

"It's really sad that [the Palins have] put that image out for him cause I mean everyone's gonna believe them because they're more famous," Sunny said. "You know it's Sarah Palin and she has lots of fans so everyone believes that and Levi doesn't really have a chance against them."

Like Bristol, Sarah Palin has accused Levi of lying about his efforts to see his son.

"We have never hidden Tripp from Levi or discouraged Levi from spending time with him," she said in a statement to TMZ. "Any suggestion that we have is false and contrary to our core beliefs."

WATCH: Johnny Depp & Natalie Portman Sing For Paul McCartney

Paul McCartney is fast approaching the ripe age of 70, but the former Beatle and British knight is showing no signs of slowing down. Late Friday night in Los Angeles, McCartney premiered the video for "My Valentine," featuring some unknown extras by the name of Johnny Depp and Natalie Portman.

HuffPost Entertainment is exclusively premiering the video online -- you can see it at the top of this post.

McCartney is no stranger to videos and films. He has an astounding 391 soundtrack (a handful for every year since 1962) credits to his name, an untold number of music videos and five previous directing credits (who knew!).

According to a press release, it was McCartney's daughter, the fashion designer Stella, who inspired the visuals for "My Valentine." There are three videos for the song, which is off of McCartney's latest album, Kisses on the Bottom.

Kisses on the Bottom features the elder statesman of rock and roll looking back on the standards that inspired him. The album is his fifteenth studio record and features two original compositions, "My Valentine" and "Only Our Hearts."

"My Valentine" was widely touted as the better of the original tracks, so its no wonder McCartney chose to bring it to life.

Three videos accompany the song -- one featuring Portman, one with Depp and the full video with both. A teaser for the Depp video was released earlier Friday and features the actor (and occasional Marilyn Manson bandmate) signing lyrics to the song.

"Someday soon, sun was gonna shine," Depp signs. "She was right, this love of mine, my valentine."

McCartney called in some heavy talent to assist in the production of the videos. Oscar-winning cinematographer Wally Pfister ("Dark Knight," "Inception") committed the visuals to 35 mm film. Susanne Preissler produced the short and Paul Martinez edited.

It's refreshing to see McCartney continue to mature artistically at the age of 69, especially as some of pop's icons seem to have a hard time creating music that's suited to their place in the music community.

"We thought thirty was like really old," McCartney said while doing press for the album. "Now I think it's amazingly young. There was a guy at John's art college who was 24 and we felt very sorry for him, he looked like a real old guy, he had a five -o-clock shadow, he looked really pathetic to us because we were like, 16 ... I'm really just some kid from Liverpool still."

Here's to you, kid.

Bee Gees Singer Robin Gibb In Coma

Bee Gees pop legend Robin Gibb was in a coma last night, amid fears he has only days to live.

The 62-year-old's family are understood to be at his bedside, The Sun reports.

A friend said: "Our prayers are with Robin. He has kept so positive and always believed he could beat this.

"If there is anyone you would put money on pulling through such a dire situation, it would be Robin because he is a fighter. But this is a battle he will struggle to win."

Gibb has been battling colon and liver cancer and was recently hospitalised with pneumonia.

He was forced to pull out of a performance at the Royal Philharmonic's premiere performance of The Titanic Requiem in London on April 10, because he was so ill.

An spokesperson for the star said: "On Sunday 25 March, Robin Gibb underwent further intestinal surgery.

"He is currently recovering in hospital and therefore, for the time being, all existing commitments prior to The Titanic Requiem concert, have had to be cancelled."

His son Robin-John, who co-wrote the symphonic piece, told the audience that his father was still recovering in a clinic.

Before the performance, he said: "He sends all his love. We are all praying for him and hoping he has a speedy recovery."

Last month the star told The Mirror he felt "fantastic".

"'I am beating cancer and can't wait to carry on with my work," he said.

Michaele Salahi, Neal Schon Are Finally Free

Former D.C. Housewife Michaele Salahi and her boyfriend, Journey guitarist Neal Schon, are celebrating the fact that a Virginia judge has dismissed a $50 million claim against them. Michaele's soon-to be ex-husband, Tareq Salahi, filed the lawsuit, which alleged that Michaele left him for Neal and embarrassed him in the process.

“Oh my gosh, it's just a great sense of relief,” Michaele tells me, speaking for the first time since the judge's decision. “Faith really carried us through it, and our love, so when the judge first said it was dismissed, my first reaction in the courtroom was just it's so sad it came to this, but then there is such great relief. It’s healthy for him to move forward. I’m happier than ever, I'm not coming back and he just needs to be at peace with that and move forward with his life and let me go.”

Neal feels the same way, hoping that the pair's next hurdle -- finalizing Michaele and Tareq's divorce -- is soon resolved.

“I was like one down and a couple more to go,” Neal tells me. “Enough of this bullshit -- let's move forward. I think his days of spinning crap are coming to a close.”

According to Michaele, her lawyers have requested a divorce on her behalf but nothing has been finalized.

“I know that if both parties agree, it can be as fast as six months," Michaele said. "We don’t have children, we just have the home to work through. I think it's really healthy for us both and I just want to be free. In my mind, I have always been with Neal. I am technically married, but my heart is with Neal.”

The couple's courtroom win comes at the same time as one of Neal's own professional wins -- the success of his latest single, "Resonate."

Trish Bendix: AfterEllen.com's Best Lesbian Week Ever: April 6-13

$

AfterEllen.com is Logo's site for lesbians and bisexual women in entertainment and media, which means we pride ourselves on knowing all kinds of Sapphic pop-culture facts. Each week we'll share some of the best tidbits on The Huffington Post in our new series, "Best Lesbian Week Ever."

Here's who and what was on our raging gay radar this week.

Dykes to watch out for, indeed: Graphic novelist Alison Bechdel and poet/writer Eileen Myles were both awarded Guggenheim fellowships for the year, which is good news for lesbians who like to read. (That's you, quite likely.)

AzMarie won't booty tooch for Tyra: Out androgynous AzMarie was booted from America's Next Top Model this week after she refused to wear a booty pop and tooch for Tyra. Says AzMarie, "I'm a grown ass woman," after which Tyra reminded her that she recently posed with honey poured all over her and her booty tooched in the air. Bye-bye, AzMarie! We're sad to see you go.

Jaime Murray goes gay again: After bedding Lucy Lawless on Spartacus: Gods of the Arena and subtextually seducing Joanne Kelly on Warehouse 13, Jaime Murray committed to being a lesbian on this week's episode of Ringer. In other news, Ringer is still on air.

Nahnatchka Khan loves bitches: The former American Dad scribe has created a new show that women of all kinds will love. It's funny and sexy and stars the sassy Krysten Ritter as the devious and sexually open star of Don't Trust the B--- in Apt. 23. For straight women, there's James Van Der Beek, playing himself, which means we'll be seeing a lot of women in whip cream bikinis.

Crystal Chappell isn't a lesbian, but she plays one on TV: Television execs prove once again that, when in doubt, cast a straight woman who has played a lesbian before and you can't go wrong. Former Guiding Light gay Crystal Chappell has been cast as Caroline Spencer's other mother (Karen's partner) on The Bold and the Beautiful. The episodes will begin airing mid-May, and we're waiting to see if Crystal will at least get to kiss her love interest this time around.

Sandra Bernhard on the lesbians that hate her: During an interview with former Roseanne castmate Roseanne Barr, Sandra B acknowledged that out comics like Ellen and Wanda Sykes owed her for being out and proud on television when it was less taboo. But mostly, she just wanted to get across that she's "a sexual person," as was her character Nancy. Really? We couldn't tell that from Nancy's ingenious commentary and colorful catsuits. Strangely, Ellen never wore those on her shows.

2012-04-13-sandragetty.jpg

Ellen and Jane Lynch are still not the same person: The Glee star is at least six inches taller than Ms. DeGeneres, yet somehow, the two blonde, out, funny women still get mixed up from time to time. Jane has used this in her Emmys promo jokes, and Ellen decided to use it for herself this week when Jane guested on her talk show. Jane was wheeled out under the pretense of being Ellen's own personal wax figure. Still, the height difference, guys, if nothing else!

Kate McKinnon's SNL debut: She managed to immediately fill her lesbian character quota by impersonating Tabatha Coffey. Then she upstaged Sofia Vergara doing her best Penelope Cruz in the funniest sketch of the night. Not bad for her first night on the job.

Jessie J talks about her bisexuality like it's a real thing: Despite being one of a handful of female pop stars who acknowledged their sexuality could be less than straight, Jessie J has actually dated women and lived to tell the tale. This week, she told Glamour, "The frustrating thing is that if I was with a guy right now, I'd be [considered] straight. But if I was with a girl, I'd be 'gay.' When I was with my ex-girlfriend, I used to take her around and say, 'This is my girlfriend.' People would be comfortable with it because I was." We're more than comfortable with it, JJ. In fact, you can keep talking about it, so that people get an understanding outside of "I Kissed a Girl" or commentary from Kesha.

The Real L Word gets a release date: Not to be confused with the apocalypse. But for those who want to know when the world is ending to tune in, the series returns for its third season July 12 on Showtime.

Trullie outrageous: Out musician Lissy Trullie released her second album this week, and her Nico-esque vocals and throwback rock 'n roll vibe keep the self-titled LP from being lost among the usual female singer/songwriter comparisons. And because she's a former model, her stage presence is definitely not too shabby, either. A music video co-starring pal Chloe Sevigny and a profile in Vogue have given her an added ray of spotlight.

Hilary Rosen vs. the GOP: Catholic League president Bill Donohue offended not only lesbian moms but adoptive mothers of all kinds when he tweeted that out CAP Action board member Hilary Rosen "didn't raise her children" like Ann Romney had to with the five she delivered from her womb. This was in response to Rosen quipping that Ann hadn't worked "a day in her life," so somewhere the lines got crossed, because I'm sure Hilary would agree that raising kids, no matter where or who they came from, is hard work.

Angelina Jolie Engaged

NEW YORK — It's official: Brangelina is engaged.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie haven't set a wedding date yet, but their engagement "is a promise for the future," Pitt's manager, Cynthia Pett-Dante, said in an email Friday.

Pitt, 48, and Jolie, 36, have six children together. "Their kids are very happy," Pett-Dante also said.

Jeweler Robert Procop worked with Pitt to design the ring. A news release describes it as featuring a long diamond amid a "galaxy of smaller stones." It took a year to design.

The A-list celebrities have been partners since they began a relationship in 2005 while working on the film "Mr. & Mrs. Smith."

Already megawatt superstars in their own right, the romantic pairing of Pitt and Jolie instantly made them Hollywood's most glamorous and photographed couple. The fact that Pitt was still married to Jennifer Anniston when he met Jolie only added to the tabloid fodder; Pitt and Aniston divorced in 2005 after five years of marriage.

As the couple dubbed "Brangelina" added to their family over the years through the adoption and birth of their children, the question always swirled as to when – or whether – the two would ever wed.

For some time, it seemed as if they might not. They often spoke about how they were comfortable without an official arrangement, and Pitt famously said he didn't want to get married until all people – including gays – had the same right.

Jolie was briefly married to Billy Bob Thornton, but they divorced in 2003. She was also married to British actor Jonny Lee Miller before they divorced in 1999.

Jolie won an Oscar for her role in 1999's "Girl, Interrupted." Pitt was recently nominated for an Academy Award for his role in last year's "Moneyball."

Do you love TV? Addicted to Twitter? Then our roundup of the TV people you should be following on Twitter is a must-click.

We're kicking off this new feature with four talented people from the world of TV who fill our Twitter feeds with funny. There's Retta -- best known as sassy Donna from "Parks and Recreation" -- who has a tendency to live-tweet TV shows she loves long after they've aired on TV. From "Smash" to "Game of Thrones" and "Homeland," Retta's comedic commentary is always spot-on.

Then there's "Happy Endings" star Eliza Coupe, a.k.a. the delightfully unhinged Jane, who proves that she can work completely blue when tweeting about her TV crushes (or, more accurately, threesomes she wants in on) or keep it a little cleaner with random asides. It's frenetic, unfiltered and damn funny.

We've also given props to two behind-the-scenes people: "Family Guy" writer Gary Janetti (who you know as Brad Goreski's other half if you watched Bravo's "It's a Brad, Brad World"), and HBO's "Girls" executive producer Jenni Konner, who is currently criminally under-followed.

Click through our gallery to get a feel for the Twitter prowess of these TV people (we've selected five tweets each), and tell us what you think in the comments. Happy following!

Have other TV people you like to follow? We might have to make this a weekly feature, so share your suggestions in the comments.

This just in: real-life hero and Newark mayor Cory Booker and real-life heart throb Ryan Gosling are about to team up to fight crime. At least they are in a comic book that is being written and drawn as we speak.

Yes, folks, that's right: the comic book superheroes you both need and deserve Gosling & Booker are (almost) here.

What started out as a joke between friends on Twitter is quickly becoming a reality, thanks to those friends suddenly realizing that their real-life super powers of writing and drawing could be put to use beyond 140 characters. Comedian Mike Drucker and cartoonist Corey Pandolph came up with the idea and then asked fellow comedian and friend Sean Crespo to join them in bringing the story to life.

As Drucker explains it, "People love famous heroes. Cops and firefighters do it every day, but there's a sense of over-the-top bravado when it's someone noteworthy like Ryan Gosling or Cory Booker. We wanted to capture that in a superhero comic. Okay, it's also fun to team up a movie star with the mayor of Newark. Captain Sully flies their plane. You get the idea. Put another way, it's a real-life Avengers comic."

So far, all we have is a delicious tease, the cover of the comic book. But from the looks of it, this is going to be good. The comic is expected to begin rolling out on Tumblr next week.

Is This Celeb Realtor Kissing & Telling By Selling A Star Maps App?

$

Beverly Hills Realtor, author and star on Bravo's "Million Dollar Listing" Josh Flagg is releasing a mobile app version of those sold-on-the-corner celebrity home maps. The paper version of these maps are frequently bought by tourists hoping to catch a glimpse of somebody famous. They are also the basis for a cottage industry of vans that offer visitors drive-by tours of Hollywood homes.

Flagg has taken the idea mobile in the form of a .99-cent mobile app that provides both navigational tools and background on the celebrity and his/her home. Appropriately called STAR MAPS and available soon for both Android and iPhones, Flagg says his creation is "the first and ultimate mobile tour guide to celebrity homes and addresses."

He told The Huffington Post: "You can drive down Sunset Boulevard and spend $15 or $20 for a guide to celebrity homes that is usually only about 50 percent accurate. You can also take one of those star tour vans and have someone drive you around and tell you stories. But with STAR MAPS, you'll be able to do it all yourself. You just punch in the names of the celebrities whose homes you want to see and it will tell you how to get there, when they lived there, how many bedrooms the house has, who the celebrity was married to, and so on."

What ratcheted this up on our curiosity scale is that Realtors-To-The-Stars are usually very tight-lipped about their celebrity clients' homes. Most sign confidentiality clauses that they won't discuss the listing or sale.

Is this Flagg's version of a real estate kiss-and-tell? Not a chance, he says. His information comes from researching 100 years of public records, Flagg said.

Check out LA's top celebrity real estate of 2011. Which homes will be on Flagg's Star Maps app?

Tom Murro: Bravo's Best Talent Gets Upfront and Personal

2012-04-10-JoeGorgaMelissaGorgaandTomMurro2012Bravoupfronts.jpg

Bravo rolled out a big blue carpet on April 4, for their Upfront Party at Center 548 in New York City. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. with my usual wing man, Couples Therapy housemate Chris Nirschel, and we were ready to get our reality on!

Center 548 is a warehouse styled venue, high ceilings and nothing but open space, a perfect place for party activities. For Chris, this was a smorgasbord of single ladies to test out some of his best lines. For me, this was typical night to just catch up with some friends. The fourth floor party-depot included a big blue carpet, lots of flashes with some of the significant others crammed in a small area off to the side behind a black velvet curtain. I instantly spotted the N.J. Housewife husbands huddled up with the other guests and went over to say my hellos.

Although Chris Laurita, Richard Wakile, Al Manzo and Joe Gorga had the over all mindset to stay out of the carpet pictures, they were all very friendly. With new seasons and shows on the horizon, cast-members were jib-jabbing on the carpet about their respective shows, but careful not to reveal any real details on upcoming episodes. Celebrity power publicist Nicole Bandklayder was also there working her PR game face with a few of her clients. After everyone got a chance to flash their pearly whites, the party moved down the the first floor where the cocktails and food were flowing.

As usual, the bar was as open, and thankfully top shelf, three words -- Johnny- Walker-Blue (as seen in Joe Gorgas glass). The food menu included the staple items such as shrimp and chicken, but they also caught me off-guard with things like artichoke filled Brussel sprouts and pulled pork burgers. Al Manzo had to be thinking, "I can do better."

I forgot how massive the Bravo family was as I went into sensory overload from realization that all of the Real Housewife ladies, Chef Curtis Stone, The Shahs of Sunset, Tabatha Coffey, and Kathy Griffin were all in the same room. All of the Bravolebrities looked stunning and made themselves accessible to the guests, chatting, posing and partying. Nene Leeks and Bethenny Frankel were probably the least accessible as they seemed to keep a safe distance from the fun.

Thoughts and observations from the night:

Kathy Griffin is just as playful and flirty in person, she also likes to pose for pictures (especially in front of a mural of her likeness).

Jenni Pulos (Julia Louis Drefus' doppelganger) and I now have our own secret handshake.

Golnesa Gharachedaghi (Shahs of Sunset) has a tattoo that reads as her name in Gaelic text. The ink literally takes up the entire vertical length of her back.

Andy Cohen may want to consider changing his name to Andy Dick.

Tabatha Coffey is only mean on TV.

Richard Wakile would rather be home doing body shots of Red Velvet Cosmos off of Kathy's stomach.

Al Manzo would rather be at the Brownstone.

Caroline Manzo is so much smaller in person, makes meatballs so much better than Teresa, and can bust a move when provoked (by Jenni Pulos).

Jacqueline Laurita would rather be Tweeting.

Melissa Gorga would rather be thanking Jesus, is still hot and still singing.

Joe Gorga would rather be humping Melissa in the bathroom, is much cooler than I thought, lots of "I'm Italian, you're Italian" fist pounds, shoulder bumps, and man bonding (I'll be waiting for my Twitter invite for poker and cigar night).

Chris Laurita would rather be anywhere else.

Around 8:00 pm they began taping Watch What Happens Live on the second floor, guess they should change that to Watch What Happens Slightly After the Fact. During the show, the Housewives were separated by coastlines, Melissa Gorga sang, Andy captivated the audience with his wit, and about an hour later, they wrapped up the show and everyone headed back to the third floor, AKA party central.

Overdosed on fun, and still wearing our complimentary neon blue Mazel sunglasses, Nirschel and I decided to head out at around 11:00 p.m., since there was no absolutely no point in going to the after party atop the Standard Hotel, considering how long and hard everyone had already been boozing.

While chatting with a "special guest", the absence of Teresa and Joe Giudice came into discussion. This person snarked that the couple was away on a much deserved vacation in Mexico. The "guest" went on about the Giudice's financial struggles, addressing a new Louis Vuitton bag and a carport which closely resembles Melissa and Joe Gorga's. Drama -- Drama, a part of me wants to further investigate, but another just wants to boycott the RHONJ altogether.

POLL: Were You Secretly Wishing For A Brad And Jen Reunion?

After years of speculation, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are officially engaged, the Associated Press confirmed Friday.

The upcoming nuptials won't be either star's first trip down the aisle. After a short-lived marriage to English actor Jonny Lee Miller -- the pair split in 1997 after seven months of marriage -- Jolie was married for three years to Billy Bob Thornton from 2000 to 2003. Pitt's previous marriage to Jennifer Aniston ended when she filed for divorce in 2005 after five years of marriage, much to fans' shock and disappointment.

It seems some were still holding out for Pitt and Aniston to get back together. Amid congratulatory tweets, some tweeters expressed their disdain for Brangelina's engagement:

We want to know: Were you secretly hoping for Pitt and Aniston to get back together? Tell us in the poll and in the comments.

Reporter Turns Down Date With One Direction's Harry Styles

Professing a crush on the members of One Direction seems to have become de rigueur for pop stars like Taylor Swift, Rihanna and Demi Lovato. But turns out not everyone is dying to go on a date with the young British heartthrobs.

Sunday Telegraph reporter Elle Halliwell writes that 18-year-old singer Harry Styles asked for her phone number after she interviewed the band this week.

Halliwell says that she was flattered by the gesture, but alas is taken (and seven years his senior). "I turned down Harry Styles, not because I didn't like the 18-year-old singer, but because I'm 25 and engaged to be married," Halliwell writes in the Sunday paper. This isn't the first time Styles has been smitten with an older woman; in November 2011, he was spotted with 32-year-old TV host Caroline Flack.

Halliwell continues:

I don't know whether Harry had noticed the diamond ring on my finger and chosen to ignore it or whether -- and this is more likely -- he's an 18-year-old boy who's not highly attuned to things like that. Anyway, even if I were interested in a date with the latest pop sensation, my evening was already fixed with a strictly unchangeable appointment -- to try on wedding gowns.

It sounds as if she made the right decision -- especially given that the last lucky lady to have been approached by one of the beloved bandmates was greeted by death threats from some overzealous fans.
