Nathan Fielder, the man behind the “Dumb Starbucks” hoax in February, has been secretly exposing people to the same pornographic image on his Instagram account.

The prankster and star of Comedy Central’s “Nathan for You,” which will debut its second season on July 1, started an Instagram account at the beginning of June to post what looked like average run of the mill selfies, but instead, contain a very NSFW image of a man masturbating.

WARNING: THE PHOTOS BELOW CONTAIN NUDITY

"If you wouldn’t show the photo or video you are thinking about uploading to a child, or your boss, or your parents, you probably shouldn’t share it on Instagram. The same rule applies to your profile photo. Accounts found sharing nudity or mature content will be disabled and your access to Instagram may be discontinued."

Chaz Ebert, Wife Of Deceased Film Critic Roger Ebert, 'Used To Like Gene Siskel Better'

0

Chaz Ebert, wife of the late film critic Roger Ebert, is hailed in the upcoming documentary "Life Itself" for having softened up her notoriously brash husband. What fans of the "At The Movies" host might be surprised to know, however, was that his wife originally preferred his co-host --and sometimes enemy -- Gene Siskel.

"Before I met him, when I just knew him on TV -- it's difficult to say this, but I used to like Gene better," she admitted to HuffPost Live's Ricky Camilleri on Tuesday.

The sentiment changed as soon as she met Roger offscreen, she remembered.

"I saw what a quick mind and how funny he was -- how kind he was to people, [and] I just fell in love with him," she said. "And I also liked that he was so confident. He was fat, but he was confident. I loved that! He was a great guy."

While Chaz brought out a more placid side of Roger, she felt their relationship transformed her as well.

"I know I had a moderating influence with him," she recalled. "He [started] to give people time, which was something maybe he didn't do as much before because he was such a workaholic, so I did see [a change]. I think love transformed him, and love transformed me too."

If Adam Levine Wasn't Confident About Proposing, God Help The Rest Of Us

Get this: reigning "Sexiest Man Alive" Adam Levine (a guy who surely isn't lacking in self-esteem) said he wasn't feeling particularly confident when he popped the question to model Behati Prinsloo last year.

The Maroon 5 frontman and "Voice" judge stopped by "Live! With Kelly & Michael" on Monday to talk about what was going through his mind during the proposal.

“It doesn’t matter how certain you think you are,” he told host Michael Strahan and guest host Beth Behrs. “You still get down on that knee, and you get woozy, and you’re like, ‘I’m doing this, oh my god.’ You can’t be confident about it. I’m a confident person, but I got on that knee and everything changed immediately. I lost my equilibrium. I had to get on the other one.”

Levine also admitted that he wasn't feeling particularly suave when he finally mustered up the courage to ask.

“I had nothing,” he said. “I usually have some charming thing to say. I remember one thing about it. I did say at one point, ‘Both knees! Look, I got on both knees!’ And it didn’t sound charming at all.”

Last week on Ryan Seacrest's radio show, Levine said that he went the gentlemanly route and asked Prinsloo's dad for his blessing before proposing.

"I did ask his permission," he said. "I don’t want to talk about it, you know how I am, but yes, of course I did. I had to. And it was extremely nerve-wracking."

'The Last Of Robin Hood' Trailer Brings Errol Flynn's May-December Romance To Life

0
0
Old Hollywood will return to the big screen in "The Last of Robin Hood," a biopic about Errol Flynn's relationship with teenage actress Beverly Aadland. Their relationship marked some of Flynn's final days before his death in 1959, the same year Aadland's movie career began and ended. Dakota Fanning plays the young actress, with Susan Sarandon stepping into the shoes of her pushy stage mother. Kevin Kline portrays Flynn, and he's the spitting image of the iconic screen star.

The trailer has a bit of a Woody Allen vibe going at first, but don't worry -- it doesn't take long to find all the schmaltz you'd want from a biographical film about Hollywood troubles. "The Last of Robin Hood' premiered at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival. It opens Aug. 29.

If 'Ghostbusters 3' Were Filmed In Claymation AND Directed By Quentin Tarantino

Who you gonna call?!

You already knew the answer was "Ghostbusters." But did you expect stop-motion, violence-prone ghostbusters?

We didn't either, until claymation master Lee Hardcastle decided to mash up Ghostbusters, clay, and the directing tactics of Quentin Tarantino -- just in time for the film's 30th anniversary.

Beware, though. Tarantino's love of gore is just as prominent in Hardcastle's claymation as it is in real life. Clay heads are rolling.

Idina Menzel Talks Candidly About Dating After Divorce

Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs called it quits on their 10-year marriage last December, and now the Broadway star is opening up about navigating the dating world as a single mom.

"It all sucks," Menzel told "Valentine in the Morning" on his radio show Monday.

"I don't want to keep introducing him to people and having him form bonds and then take 'em away, you know," Menzel said, referring to the couple's four-year-old son Walker. "It's bad enough his mom and dad are getting divorced."

Menzel -- who recently voiced Elsa in Disney's "Frozen" -- is no stranger to the D-word; her own parents split when she was a teenager.

"I went through it when I was 15 years old," Menzel said. "I keep telling myself, because I feel so badly for him, it's better that he's four-and-a half than when he's 15. He has two parents that love him very much and we want to be great moms and dads. At 15 I was too aware, I thought I was an adult, and I got in the middle of everything and I took on the stress for both of them."

Menzel and Diggs met as costars in the original Broadway production of "Rent" in the mid-1990s. They married in 2003 and their son was born in 2009.

Hank from "Breaking Bad," was introduced to the Hispanic version of the hit show, even getting to see a picture of his counterpart from south of the border. Norris is all for it, but then host Conan O'Brien tells him about another country's version, and this one looks a little methed up.

"Conan" airs weeknights at 11:00 p.m. ET on TBS.

Education Department 'Very Sorry' For Insensitive 'Bridesmaids' Tweet

BY KIMBERLY HEFLING, ASSOCIATED PRESS

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Education Department on Wednesday apologized for a tweet that depicted a scene from the movie "Bridesmaids" with the words "Help me. I'm poor" imprinted on it as part of an effort to get students to apply for federal aid.

"If this is you, then you better fill out your FAFSA: fafsa.gov," the tweet reads. The quote in the movie is said during a comedic scene on an airplane by the character played by actress Kristen Wiig.

The department was seeking to encourage students to fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA. The FAFSA form is the outlet to obtain federal grants and loans and many states and colleges use it to determine eligibility for other aid. The department estimates that more than 1 million high school students do not fill out the form — many of whom would be eligible for a federal Pell Grant that would not have to be paid back.

Education spokeswoman Dorie Nolt said in a statement that the department apologizes for "this insensitive Twitter post, which flies in the face of our mission of opening doors of opportunity for every student."

"It was an ill-conceived attempt at reaching students through social media. We are reviewing our process for approving social media content to ensure it reflects the high standards we expect at the U.S. Department of Education," Nolt said.

The posting has been removed. A posting on the @FAFSA Twitter page now reads, "We apologize for the insensitivity of our previous tweet. Our goal is to make college a reality for all. We're very sorry."

Melissa McCarthy: 'I Used To Cry About Why I Wasn't Thinner Or Prettier'

0
0
Life as a 20-something is typically an emotionally tumultuous time, and for Melissa McCarthy it was no different.

"In my 20s I used to cry about why I wasn't thinner or prettier, but I want to add that I also used to cry about things like: 'I wish my hair would grow faster. I wish I had different shoes,'" McCarthy told People for the magazine's latest cover story. "I was an idiot ... It's a decade of tears."

Although the "Tammy" star now has the confidence to realize just how awesome she is, the 43-year-old isn't immune to criticism.

"I've never felt like I needed to change. I've always thought, 'If you want somebody different, pick somebody else.' But sure, criticism can sometimes still get to me. Some things are so malicious, they knock the wind out of you."

A recent article, for example, that referred to her as "America's plus-size sweetheart" did not sit well. "It's like I'm managing to achieve all this success in spite of my affliction ... Would you ever put that in the headline for a male star?"

As the female star of 2013's "Identity Thief," McCarthy faced scathing criticism from New York Observer film critic Rex Reed. Reed trashed her performance and attacked her on a personal level, calling her "tractor-sized," "hippo" and "obese."

After the article was published, McCarthy told the New York Times that had such hurtful criticism been levied in her 20s, "it may have crushed me." But, as a mother of two daughters, she now knows negative comments like that “just add to all those younger girls, that are not in a place in their life where they can say, ‘That doesn’t reflect on me.'"

Read McCarthy's full interview in the new issue of People, on newsstands Friday, June 27.

How To Behave In The Digital Age, According To Jerry Seinfeld, Expert Technology Guy

0
0
It used to be the worst thing you had to worry about in the New York social sphere was how to deal with your annoying neighbor across the hall. But then those neighbors moved. Online.

Luckily, "cutting edge technology guy" (and occasional comedian) Jerry Seinfeld is here to answer our most pressing questions about how to behave online and off in this video from Wired. Is it cool to use a drone to spy on your neighbor? What about liking a coworker's nude Facebook photo?

"Dear Jerry," one of the questions begins, "I work in Silicon Valley-"

Seinfeld chuckles quietly. He throws away the question's printed card. "We already don't like you."

Seinfeld is the Miss Manners for the digital age, and wow, do we love his snark.

Adam Levine Knows You Think He's A Douchebag

0

In the years since Maroon 5 shot to fame with their debut album, "Songs About Jane," frontman Adam Levine has developed, shall we say, a reputation.

What's more, the 35-year-old knows you probably think he's a douchebag, but he's not sure if he agrees with your assessment. The man who once said he was promiscuous because he just loves women so much, and likes to have his date get all dressed up so he can take her to McDonald's as a sort of litmus test, opened up to GQ about his alleged douchiness.

“Would it be really easy to assume that I was a douchebag? Definitely. 100 percent. But that doesn’t mean that I am. Or maybe I am, I don’t know," he told the magazine. "So I'm gonna get really intricately self-reflective right now and ask myself the hard questions, to find out, once and for all, definitively, whether or not I'm a douchebag."

Levine's reputation clearly isn't something that's escaped him, but he's not above wishing that you thought otherwise.

"You know what the gist of this article is? Your opening line can be: 'You don't have to like me, but I'd prefer it if you did," he said. "That's kind of how I feel. I'm not the easiest person to love right off the bat, you know. If I knew everyone in the world, they would love me. Every single last fucking one of them."

In Commemoration of the Five-Year Anniversary of Michael Jackson's Death, Here Are 20 Interesting Facts About MJ You Didn't Know

0

We can't believe it's already been five years since we lost the world's biggest pop icon, Michael Jackson. In honor of his memory and the priceless impact he had on the music industry, here are five interesting facts you probably don't know about him. Check out the original article on AskMen for the full list of 20 things you probably didn't know about MJ.

The Debut

2014-06-25-20michaeljacksonfacts140355979145.jpg

Michael Joseph Jackson, the eighth of 10 Jackson kids, first started performing live at the age of 5, singing a cover of "Climb Every Mountain." Soon after, he started performing widely with four of his brothers as The Jackson 5.

The Pets

2014-06-25-20michaeljacksonfacts140355979754.jpg

A great animal lover, Michael Jackson kept a full menagerie at his Neverland Ranch. While Bubbles the chimpanzee is probably his most famous pet, he also owned a boa constrictor named Muscles, two pythons, two llamas, four giraffes, two more non-famous chimps, two alligators and 13 Chilean flamingos.

The Videos

2014-06-25-20michaeljacksonfacts140355981847.jpg

Jackson took his music videos very seriously, demanding that they be called "short films" around him. John Landis, John Singleton and Martin Scorsese all directed videos for Jackson -- for "Thriller," "Remember the Time," and "Bad," respectively.

Thriller, the Album

2014-06-25-20michaeljacksonfacts140355978883.jpg

Twenty-two years after its release, Thriller remains the best selling album of all time, with estimates of the number of total albums sold worldwide clocking in around the 50 to 100 million range.

"Thriller," the Single

2014-06-25-20michaeljacksonfacts140355979034.jpg

"Thriller," the song, is also one of Jackson's greatest hits -- the song spent 122 weeks on the Billboard 200, and the video is now considered a classic. The Vincent Price-narrated mini-movie almost didn't happen, though, after Jackson worried that the video's werewolf theme might conflict with his Jehovah's Witness religious background (in which all things supernatural are frowned upon).

Chadwick Boseman Explains Why He Nearly Passed On Portraying James Brown In 'Get On Up'

0
0
Filling the shoes of "The Godfather Of Soul" James Brown for a feature-length film is not an easy task, according to actor Chadwick Boseman. This summer, the "42" star will play the lead role in Brown's highly anticipated biopic "Get On Up," alongside an all-star cast that includes Dan Aykroyd, Jill Scott, Octavia Spencer and Viola Davis.

Helmed by "The Help" director Tate Taylor and produced by Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger, the film will chronicle Brown's early days living in poverty in Georgia, his rise to fame and his years as one of pop music's most influential icons.

During a recent interview with The Huffington Post, Boseman opened up on portraying the hardest-working man in show business, and let us know what it was like to work with Mick Jagger on set.

After portraying the role of Jackie Robinson in "42," was James Brown on your personal list of icons to play?

It was actually something that I thought might not be a good idea to take on another person we revere as an icon. I was against it at first. But at the same time, when it rains it pours, and sometimes you gotta ride the wave of what's happening. And I meditated on it when it came to me, and asked people what they thought about it. And I just came to that decision that it was the best thing for me to do.

I knew it would be a difficult thing for me to do, and it would be a challenge. But it wasn't something that I said like, "I hope this happens." It was something that came to me and I said, "Should I do it or not?" Even when I started with dance rehearsal and vocal rehearsal, I still wasn't sure, all the way up to when we started shooting. [Laughs] So it was just one of those things like, "I'm just gonna have faith that this is [the] right thing for me to do."

What was it in particular that led to your reservations about the role?

It was in doses. There were smaller challenges for this ... It would be something as simple as "Let me learn how to do the camel walk ... Let me learn how to do 'Mash Potatoes'" ... So it was just smaller things ... If you think about it from the perspective of "I'm James Brown every day," it's way too much. So as I got into it, I just took it apart and kept watching footage of him and read biographies. That information inspires you.

So as opposed to, at first saying "I just want to do this justice," there's always that pressure, yes. And there's you wanting to do right by the family. But at a certain point, he inspires you. Like you're inspired by what this man was able to achieve, and just thankful that you get the opportunity to walk in those shoes and be the person that people look at as him for the two-hour span of the movie. It's an inspiring thing ... He had an unbreakable, undefeated spirit. And so at a certain point, if that doesn't get into you then you're not playing him. If you try to play it safe, you're not playing him. Cause that's not how he is.

One of the common traits that you guys share is your South Carolina roots. What are some of your fondest memories of him, growing up in South Carolina?

My earliest memories of him was just hearing his music played around the house. But I don't know if I was necessarily cognizant of the fact that he was James Brown. But at a certain point, I started to hear people say that he was from South Carolina and I actually never believed it. [Laughs] And I was like, "Where from? Barnwell? Where is that?" It's such a small place. And then you would always hear people from Georgia saying that he was from Georgia. And really both things are true. He was born in South Carolina. He lived there for a few years. He was then moved by his father to stay with his aunt in Augusta, Georgia. But I remember that argument as a kid about where he was from.

What were some of the most interesting facts that you learned about him that you didn't know prior to filming?

He was very cognizant of himself as a persona. So there's the "man" and then there's the "persona" of James Brown. And he knew that when he walked around that people should have to pay to see him. He wanted to give you that million-dollar persona at all times. Which reminds me of what you see a lot of hip-hop stars doing, or someone like Floyd Mayweather. It's an interesting thing ... Another thing about him is, he has all his hairdos. He would do a whole show for over an hour. Never stopped moving. And before he comes outside, he gets his hair done all over again. Rollers in the hair, dryer, everything.

How would you describe your on-set experience with the film's producer, Mick Jagger?

Before and during, he's been involved throughout the filming. I sat around one evening just listening to James Brown music with Mick Jagger, and just talking about what's the best recordings to use in the movie. He was very involved in the movie. He was on set as much as he could be.

You mentioned that you took vocal lessons prior to and during filming. Can viewers expect hear you crooning classic James Brown hits in the film?

No. A definitive no. [Laughs] There are moments when I am singing where it's part of his catalog ... Except for "Please, Please, Please." There's different versions of "Please, Please, Please" in the movie. There's one version in the movie where it's actually all my voice. But most of the catalog stuff in the movie is his voice, because obviously, we want you to hear James Brown singing. But there's other moments, say if I'm coming up with a song or I'm singing to somebody else and it's not a recording, then it's probably my voice.

It's a mixture. And then sometimes you may hear a little bit of my voice in the recording for various reasons as well. The main reason the vocal lessons were there was to make that merger happen and also to make that merger more believable. And also the placement of his speaking voice. So it was for all those reasons.

"Get On Up" hits theaters nationwide on Aug. 1.

Bindi Irwin Wants Young Girls To Cover Up

Bindi Irwin has a message for young girls out there: cover up.

The 15-year-old environmentalist and daughter of the late "Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin spoke with News Corp Australia about hoping to send a positive message to teens in terms of how to dress.

“I’m a big advocate for young girls dressing their age,” Irwin said. “I mean, for me, I look around at a lot of young girls that are my age and they’re always trying to dress older. Whether it’s wearing revealing clothes or hardly wearing any clothes at all, I feel really bad for them. It kind of has the opposite effect in some ways ... it kind of does the opposite where it makes you look younger and like you’re trying too hard.”

Although her daily wardrobe might not require too much deliberation -- Irwin often wears a khaki uniform for her work at the Australia Zoo -- she hopes others consider taking a second to think about their style choices.

“I almost wish I could tell young girls, ‘Look, in 10 years when you look back at yourself, you’ll cringe honey, honestly,'” she said. “A lot of times I want to grab these girls and say ‘Look ... in 10 years you’ll regret this. Just dress like who you are. Don’t try so hard. A pair of jeans and a T-shirt is just as gorgeous and even makes you look classier' ... The way I choose to dress, I want to influence other people around me I suppose.”

Irwin does know a thing or two about fashion, after all. When she was just nine years old, she debuted her first children's clothing line called Bindi Wear. Nowadays, she gets inspiration from the iconic Grace Kelly.

She will turn 16 on July 24.

What better way to spend your final moments as a single lady than in the arms of a hunky, NBA champion?

One bride-to-be lived that dream when San Antonio Spurs power forward Boris Diaw crashed her bachelorette party in Lake Travis, Texas and then planted a big fat kiss on her cheek.

Her friend posted a picture of the momentous occasion to Reddit Tuesday and gave a little explainer as to how the whole thing happened:

"My friend was at Lake Travis for a bachelorette party when she saw that Boris had tweeted about being on the lake for the day. She told her friends and they were joking about riding around the lake shouting 'BORIS', and he actually heard them from a boat away saying his name. Boris immediately swam over to celebrate with them and asked if he could kiss the bachelorette. She also claimed that they sang 'All I do is win win win no matta what.'"

Excuse us while we go shout "Kobe" over and over again.
