Natalie Dormer isn't the only "Game of Thrones" star set to appear in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay." According to Deadline.com, series star Gwendoline Christie has joined the cast of the two-part "Hunger Games" finale as Commander Lyme, replacing Lily Rabe who had previously been hired for the part. (Rabe exited because of a scheduling conflict.) Lyme, a past Hunger Games winner, is a key member of the resistance against the Captiol. Per THR, the character will only appear in the second half of "Mockingjay," which is set for release in 2015.

Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Woody Harrelson, Donald Sutherland, Sam Claflin, Jena Malone, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Julianne Moore all star in "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay." Dormer is in the cast as Cressida, a Captiol resident director who also joins the rebellion.

Christie plays Brienne of Tarth on "Game of Thrones." That show returns to HBO with new episodes starting on Sunday.

We love Afros around these parts -- the voluminous halos of hair are just so darn lovely. So we were super excited to see that Brandy is rocking the retro look.

The singer/actress debuted the 'do on Thursday before appearing on "The Queen Latifah Show." And she's clearly loving her new look considering she posted several Instagram pics of the full 'fro, which is actually a wig from Heat Free Hair's "For Kinks" collection.

And Brandy's look is definitely reminiscent of Little Orphan Annie, which explains this Instagram video that the singer composed to pay homage to the comic strip-turned-movie character...

Stephen Colbert Is CBS' Top Choice To Replace David Letterman (Reports)

Stephen Colbert may be CBS' top choice to replace David Letterman behind the "Late Show" desk, Mashable reports.

According to the site's sources, Colbert has not had any formal conversations about taking the position, but he is the network's first pick. CBS did not return HuffPost TV's immediate request for comment, but a rep told Mashable that the network had no comment. Colbert's "The Colbert Report" contract with Comedy Central runs through 2014 and Letterman announced that he will retire in 2015, which would make the timing ideal for both hosts.

Less than 24 hours have passed since Letterman announced his retirement and the Internet has already provided CBS with dozens of replacements -- from Jon Stewart to Maya Rudolph. Colbert's name has of course floated to the top of dream lists and former Deadline editor Nikki Finke tweeted that her sources confirmed Colbert is "the only one on the air currently that CBS is considering." Early reports also stated that "The Daily Show" alum John Oliver passed on a late night role at CBS before signing on for a new HBO show.

Mashable notes that if Colbert were to take over Letterman's -- or any late night show on a network -- that he would change his schtick. He would have to drop the conservative persona that recently landed him in hot water (#CancelColbert, anybody?).

The jury's still out and CBS will remain mum until an official replacement has been named. But until then, it's easy to cast a perfect late night lineup, and Colbert might be a great bet.

Beyonce's Half Brother, Nixon Alexander Knowles, Allegedly Headed To Homeless Shelter (REPORT)

In February, Alexsandra Wright, the mother of Mathew Knowles' 4-year-old son, Nixon Alexander Knowles, revealed that she'd been forced to go on food stamps due to the music mogul’s then-outstanding debt of $32,000 in child support. Wright said she planned to pursue legal action in hopes of public assistance from Knowles, who is also the father of pop superstar Beyoncé.

Despite Wright's efforts, a judge has since granted Knowles a substantial cut in his child support payments from $12,000 a month to roughly $2,500 a month, according to a ruling obtained by the Associated Press in March. Now comes news that Wright and Nixon, Beyonce’s half-brother, are still struggling financially and are allegedly headed to a Los Angeles homeless shelter.

Wright exclusively told In Touch Weekly:

Nixon deserves to know his family, and I hope one day he will meet his sister Beyoncé ... I can't imagine how Beyoncé feels knowing she has a homeless brother. I know if I were in the same position, I would reach out. Maybe she is too busy.

While Bey has yet to respond to the situation publicly, Wright's most recent comments are a stark contrast from her February "Inside Edition" interview, where she said that she didn’t expect the world-renowned pop star to take "accountability" for the situation and raise her son, as once suggested by Mathew.

"I don't expect Beyoncé to take accountability. It's not her problem. It's not her situation," Wright said at the time. "Beyoncé and Jay Z have never attacked me. They've [never] done anything wrong to me. They've never been negative at all."

Are You A Real New Yorker? Test Your Knowledge Of NYC's Local Celebrities

There are probably infinite metrics by which to measure whether or not you are a true New Yorker. Were you born here? Do you have ready access to yellow (or green) taxis? Do you know not to ask for a toasted bagel at Murray's?

Whatever it is, you surely have an opinion. After all, we're not known as a particularly quiet group of folks.

One of those metrics happens to be your knowledge of local culture -- pop culture, in this case. Knowing your local celebrities is a sort of native literacy that can only be gleaned from years of riding the same trains, walking the same streets and, of course, frequenting the same coffee shops as everyone else on this horrifically tiny island (plus all of the outer boroughs).

So, let's see if you're a real New Yorker … at least according to those of us who measure time as the space between Billy Joel concerts.

Jennifer Lopez Outbids P. Diddy To Acquire Fuse Music Network

NEW YORK (AP) — The Jennifer Lopez-backed company that owns NUVOtv, an English-language cable entertainment network aimed at Latinos, has bought the Fuse music network.

SiTV Media said Friday it had agreed to pay $226 million to Fuse's owner, the Madison Square Garden Co. SiTV reportedly outbid Revolt, the music network started by Sean Combs. Fuse is in 73 million homes, more than twice that of NUVOtv. SiTV announced no plans to change or close Fuse, although there is precedent for companies buying networks with greater distribution in order to help their own networks grow. Al-Jazeera bought Current TV and shut Current down.

Lopez is a shareholder and chief creative officer at NUVOtv.

Chiwetel Ejiofor May Play The Villain In Next James Bond Movie

It looks like it may be Daniel Craig vs. Chiwetel Ejiofor in the 24th James Bond film.

The Oscar-nominated "12 Years a Slave" actor is being eyed to play the villain in the forthcoming Bond installment, TheWrap reports. No official offers have been made, but sources reportedly say the actor is the first choice of director Sam Mendes ("American Beauty," "Revolutionary Road"), who also helmed "Skyfall."

Plot details surrounding the still-untitled Bond entry are unknown. Joining Craig and, potentially, Ejiofor are Ben Whishaw, Ralph Fiennes and Naomie Harris, who will reprise their roles as Q, M and Eve Moneypenny, respectively. John Logan ("Gladiator," "Hugo") will write the script.

Bond 24 is set to enter production from November to April 2015, with the movie slated for a November 2015 release.

Ejiofor is currently filming the sci-fi nuclear war film "Z for Zachariah" alongside Margot Robbie and Chris Pine. He's also signed on for the crime drama "Triple Nine," opposite Casey Affleck, Aaron Paul and Kate Winslet.

Nicole Kidman On Playing Grace Kelly And Why It's Easy To 'Enjoy' Colin Firth

LOS ANGELES (AP) — With several films set to debut this year, including such disparate turns as a taxidermist villainess, mysterious amnesiac and an actress-turned-princess, Nicole Kidman will again become a familiar face in theaters.

While maintaining a steady presence in Hollywood for more than two decades, the 46-year-old Academy Award winner has been focusing more in recent years on raising her two daughters with husband and country star Keith Urban — away from the spotlight in Nashville, Tenn. For her latest role in "The Railway Man," out April 11, the "Moulin Rouge" and "The Hours" star plays a supportive wife to World War II veteran Eric Lomax (Colin Firth). In the autobiographical adaptation, Patti and Eric Lomax confront his past as a prisoner of war in Thailand, where he worked on the "death railway," a 258-mile stretch of treacherous train track running into Burma.

Upcoming this year, Kidman will also play a villainess in "Paddington," amnesiac in "Before I Go to Sleep," leading lady Grace Kelly in "Grace of Monaco" and Middle East pioneer Gertrude Bell in "Queen of the Desert."

In an interview with The Associated Press, Kidman discussed tackling portrayals of realer-than-real women like former nurse Patti Lomax, Gertrude Bell and her highly anticipated role in "Grace of Monaco," which is opening this year's Cannes Film Festival. ("Grace" was delayed from release last year following creative differences between the film's director and distributor.)

___

AP: You've played so many characters over the years, but how do you approach the ones based on actual people, like Virginia Woolf, Grace Kelly and Patti Lomax?

Kidman: Patti is different because she's still alive and was able to give me information about herself. I didn't meet her until I started filming. Everyone kept saying, "Do you want to meet her?" I was like, "No, I'd really like to be able to watch her in an interview." Actually, the producer sat with her for hours — he's a very good friend of hers — and taped her and sent me the tapes. I basically had access to her whole life, stories about her, her mannerisms and behavior, like I was a fly on the wall.

AP: You have three films coming out with Colin Firth ("The Railway Man," ''Before I Go to Sleep," ''Paddington"). What is it about him that compels you to continue to work with him?

Kidman: I just enjoy him. I really enjoy his brain and his talent, but he has a really great sense of humor. Me and millions of other women in the world go, "Wow! Colin Firth!" My mom adores him. My sister adores him. I've just got so many friends who go, "Oh my gosh. Colin Firth." I now know him in a different way, but I have such respect for him as an actor.

AP: Tell me what it was like to play Grace Kelly. Have you seen the film yet?

Kidman: I have not seen the version that's showing at Cannes, but obviously I will. I may be seeing it opening night at Cannes. It was the chance of a lifetime to play her. I really admire her, and I think she has such otherworldly qualities. I think she has an aura about her. I don't know if I'm able to capture that, but I was honored to have the chance to. We'll see. It's only a six-month period of her life that we depict. It's a fairytale. It's not a heavy drama. It's got beautiful costumes. It's sumptuous.

AP: You've had the chance to work with some incredible filmmakers throughout your career. What was it like teaming up recently with director Werner Herzog for "Queen of the Desert"?

Kidman: I call it Werner World. Werner World is just a different realm. It's glorious. I said to him, "Werner, I feel like I've been in a dream with you for the past two-and-a-half months, and now I've got my feet back on earth." I'm at a place where I'm so interested in exploring things and going places that I haven't been. I want my life to be full, so that means all of us — my family — up and moving to Morocco and doing this so we can have the experience.

AP: Between your schedule and Keith's schedule, how do you balance everything?

Kidman: Every time when we're not working, we spend together. That's it. It's that simple. We're not off. We have a very simple life but an extraordinary creative life, if that makes sense. I'm lucky that I've got a partner that's totally committed to making it work. We have two little girls that we adore, and we're very blessed, in the sense of having a family. We certainly talk about everything. We make the decisions together.

AP: Where are you most happy these days? Is it in Nashville or on a set somewhere or back in Australia?

Kidman: Happiness, that's obviously different for everybody, but what I call my joy, the thing that makes me feel incredibly satiated, is my family, and then I get to go and play out all of my ideas and feelings through all these different characters. Then, I come back to just being mama.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kandi Burruss is a married woman!

Burruss wed producer Todd Tucker in front of family and friends in Atlanta on Friday, April 4, Bravo confirmed on its website.

"This is one of the best days of my life! I never imagined that I would marry my best friend. Todd’s been that to me," Burruss told In Touch of her nuptials. "And to have just had the wedding of my dreams, it’s all been so beautiful. Now it’s time to party!"

Burruss, 37, and Tucker, 40, got engaged in January 2013 after meeting in 2011. He proposed with a 2-carat diamond ring at their Atlanta home.

"[I was] totally surprised," she told Us Weekly at the time of the proposal. "I used to make jokes with my friends that I [was] part of the Forever Single Club. That's what I said before, but now I'm totally different."

Burruss and Tucker's relationship has unfolded in front of "RHOA" fans, and one major story-line has been Burruss' mother Joyce's discontent with the relationship. She previously called Tucker an "opportunist," but in January Mama Joyce told HLN that she has come to terms with her daughter's choice.

Eddie Murphy's Girlfriend Paige Butcher Sizzles In A Bikini In Hawaii

Eddie Murphy has got one hot girlfriend.

Paige Butcher, Murphy's lady of 18 months, was spotted taking a dip in Maui, Hawaii, on April 4 while vacationing with Murphy's family. The 34-year-old Australian model looked amazing in a tiny, pink and blue lace two-piece.

In a 2013 interview with Vanity Fair, the blonde bombshell revealed the unique exercise routine that makes her fabulous figure possible.

"For my stomach, I don’t do sit-ups. As a lingerie/swimwear model, I spent days on set flexing or holding my stomach in for work. I found that by the next day my stomach would be killing me," she said. "I was like, Wow, this is a really good workout, just holding your stomach muscles and flexing. Slowly, over the years, even if I’m sitting on the couch, I’m flexing my stomach muscles. I’ve gotten to the point where if I’m not flexing my stomach, it feels weird. So throughout the day, any activity I’m doing, my stomach is always in a flexed position."

Butcher also spoke about Murphy, 55, and explained he's the reason she's not on social media. "I’m in a relationship with a celebrity, so I felt like there’s already enough of me out there," she said. "I felt like I was giving out too much information. I was giving people too much access."

"I like to keep as much private as possible now. ... People will use anything against you. The more you put out, the more you get back."

Eminem Opens Up About Almost 'Dissing' Kanye West And Drake During Period Of Insecurity

0

Eminem was this close to going the Kendrick Lamar route and slamming everyone who was getting under his skin. The rapper revealed during a recent radio interview with Los Angeles' Power 106 that the insecurities he faced between releasing "Encore" in 2004 and "Relapse" in 2009 almost prompted him to write an anthem attacking peers like Kanye West, Lil Wayne and Drake.

Eminem says at the time he was down on himself for not producing new music and matching the success of the hip-hop stars climbing the charts. "For that time period when I was away, I was watching what was going on in the game -- anything that was hot at that moment, anybody that was really killing s--t. I felt so bad about myself and the music that I was creating, I felt I was starting to turn into a hater. Singling Kanye and Wayne out at that time period, they were the ones killing it the most to me and it hurt. I'd pop a CD in and be like, 'F--k, man, I’m not doing this no more.'"

During Eminem's hiatus, West released three successful albums -- "Late Registration," "Graduation" and "808s & Heartbreak" -- and Lil Wayne put out two -- "Tha Carter II and "Tha Carter III" -- in addition to compilation records. Eminem considered "dissing everyone" in a song that he now says would have been "career suicide."

"There were times that it didn't feel good to be me," he said, referring to his past struggles with drug abuse. "I think deep down I just wasn't happy with myself, man, you know? There were some really dark moments in there, when I think about my thought processes when I was a high a lot. It wasn't good and it certainly wasn't me. I'm not even that sort of person."
