Key Deaths Change Everything On 'Once Upon A Time' Finale

0
0
It's going to be a very long wait until March 9, 2014 after that midseason finale on "Once Upon a Time." That's when the show returns to ABC's schedule. Until then, we won't know the fate of virtually the entire cast, thanks to Pan's curse. It was just one shocking turn after another. First, Rumplestiltskin sacrificed himself to kill his father, Peter Pan. Then, there was the curse itself.

Pan intended it to turn Storybrooke into the new Neverland, but Regina had the ability to undo it. The drawbacks were that it would undo the curse entirely -- including the original curse that created Storybrooke -- and Regina would have to sacrifice herself as Rumplestiltskin did. All of the fairy tale characters would return to their respective lands. Only Henry and Emma could escape this curse. In exchange for losing everyone they knew and loved, Regina gave them false memories ... of a life where Emma never gave Henry up for adoption.

The show then unexpectedly jumped ahead a year to find them living happily in New York ... until Captain Hook showed up at the door saying that Emma's family needed her. Of course, she had no idea who he was and slammed the door in his face. "What a great way to wrap this up and then create a new adventure for Emma and Henry, plus what a way to wring every last ounce of emotion out of everyone involved," wrote Zap2It's Andrea Reiher of the twist.

Over at Hollywood Life, Andy Swift is already anticipating that March 9 return date for "Once Upon a Time" on ABC. Especially with the casting news that "Lost" star Rebecca Mader is joining the show as The Wicked Witch of the West.

'Shakespeare In Love' Sequel, 'Good Will Hunting' TV Show Coming Soon

The Weinstein Company and Miramax, the company first founded by TWC co-chairmen Bob and Harvey Weinstein, have entered into a "multi-year, multi-title film, television and live-stage co-production and co-distribution agreement involving library-derived and original development projects covering some of the most iconic titles in the Miramax history." That means classic Miramax films like "Good Will Hunting," "Rounders," "Shakespeare In Love" and "Flirting With Disaster" could have new life with either sequels or television series.

In fact, as The New York Times reported, TWC co-chair Harvey Weinstein said "Shakespeare in Love" could be one of the first Miramax films to earn a sequel under this new deal. At Deadline.com, Mike Fleming notes that Weinstein also has "Rounders 2" in active development, and might try to get Robert De Niro to join Matt Damon and Edward Norton in the cast.

"This is an amazing opportunity to reunite us with the company named after our parents, Miriam and Max. We salute Qatar Holding and Tom Barrack of Colony Capital for joining forces in this most exciting of endeavors. From movies to TV shows to the Broadway stage they have reinvigorated Miramax productions and to have the Miramax banner fly once again is a dream come true for all of us," the Weinstein brothers said in a statement announcing the deal.

The idea that the Weinsteins would get to leaf through the Miramax library was first revealed back in 2010.

"Over the years Bob and Harvey have never let me talk although I would have done better than them, after all I am a Jewish mother. I want to thank all involved for bringing Miramax actively back into my life," the Weinsteins mother, Miriam, also said in the press release announcing the deal. "No one would be happier than Harvey and Bob's late father, Max. This is truly lucky for all of us and hopefully lucky for filmgoers all over the world."

Macklemore Crowd Surfs With His Youngest Fan

Leave it to Macklemore to party with his littlest fan like the ceiling can't hold them.

The "White Walls" singer crowd surfed with a young girl named Anyango Arunga at the Seattle Children's Hospital Benefit Show last night, to the delight of both Arunga and fans.

Arunga appears to be a family friend of both Ryan Lewis and Macklemore, and is featured in several other photos on both of their Instagram pages.

The adorable young girl even has her own Instagram account with over 6,700 followers, which also features several of her own photos with the "Thrift Shop" performers. In different pictures, she refers to both Lewis and Macklemore as "uncle."

Diva Kenya Returns, Freaks Out At Fellow 'Real Housewives'

It took a few weeks, but Kenya Moore returned to her diva-licious self on the latest episode of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." It all went down after the rest of the ladies were late for a private bus that NeNe Leakes had chartered during their weekend in Savannah, Georgia. When they finally arrived, Kenya took it upon herself to yell at them.

The other women, and Kandi Burruss in particular, weren't about to get chastised like they were Kenya's children, while NeNe could only throw her hands up in exasperation at all the drama. In fact, by the end of it, we simply had Kandi and Kenya yelling at each other like they were both still children. The Stir's Rebecca Stokes was eating it up, writing, "Kandi and Kenya were getting into it like whoa, setting the stage for the worst (best?) ladies' trip in Housewives history.”

Some of Kandi's stress could be forgiven, though, with her mom still trying to break up her engagement. This week, Mama Joyce took her mission to Phaedra Parks, who'd originally set up Kandi and her fiance, Todd. When Phaedra told Joyce she thought Todd was "the one" for Kandi, Joyce said that she felt like choking Pheadra. "No wonder Kandi doesn't stand her ground with her mother," wrote Buddy TV's Jennifer Lind-Westbrook. "I think it's more out of fear of her wrath than respect."

There's always plenty of drama on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.

Hugh Jackman Hosts 'Christmas In Washington'... And Yes, Virginia, He Does Recycle Christmas Gifts

0
0
Hugh Jackman is the ultimate host. Having hosted three Tony Awards and one Academy Award show over the years, the Emmy winner (for the 58th Annual Tony Awards) and Tony Award winner (for "The Boy From Oz") is playing host for the 32nd annual holiday spectacular "Christmas In Washington," which has an impressive lineup of musical performers including Sheryl Crow, Anna Kendrick, the Backstreet Boys, Janelle Monae and Train's lead singer, Pat Monahan.

The "Wolverine" actor sat down with me after rehearsals to share some of his most memorable and hilarious Christmas stories. (If you recycle Christmas gifts, you're not alone!)

You are such a great actor and a popular host of award shows. How does it compare to host a show for the President of the United States as opposed to the Hollywood community?

It's interesting. I've never done it before in front of the President of the United States, so this is a first for me and the first time I have performed in Washington, D.C. ... so it's a different kind of crowd, which I love. I've been on the stage and I've done shows in Australia and London and obviously New York and Hollywood. They've all got a different vibe. There's something different about Christmas which is separate and special. I love this time of year. There is a heart to it which is, I think, really important to convey.

Christmas is such a happy time no matter how old you are. Do you ever wish you could be a child again at Christmas time?

C'mon, I'm an actor. What are you talking about? (Laughs) I haven't grown up yet, not even remotely. It's actually getting worse. I'll tell you why, because I've got people like Michelle (his publicist) around to do things for me. I'm actually getting more child-like. It's like, where am I going? I don't even know what I'm doing after this. (Laughs)

Do you have a special childhood memory of Christmas?

Oh, yes. I can tell you ... I've got to be careful because I'm not sure how many kids will be reading this. We went camping every Christmas. We would have Christmas at home, and my father and mother were English, so we would eat a full hot meal. It would be 100 degrees and we were sweating over the roast and the mashed potatoes and the pies and the steamed Christmas pudding with the money inside wrapped up in foil. We would do all that and then, the next day, we would go camping and we'd always go to the beach. There were five kids and my father was an accountant, so he would have a five-man tent for the six of us. (Laughs). One time we actually went before Christmas, and I remember waking up and seeing Santa trying to deliver my stocking in this tent with five kids sleeping, and Santa stepped on my hair. I'm one of the very few kids who has had his hair trodden on in the middle of the night by Santa.

What's your favorite Christmas movie?

"Elf". I love "Elf!"

Could you see yourself ever doing a role like that?

Yeah, I'd love to do something like that. I wouldn't be nearly as good as Will Ferrell, but I'd love to try. Every Christmas in my family when we were growing up, we would watch "Singing in The Rain." My dad loved that movie and he played that every Christmas. I just think that's a great movie, so after the meal we would always put that in the VCR.

Have you ever watched "A Charlie Brown Christmas" with your kids?

No. Now my son is 13 so he wants to watch "South Park Christmas." We're slowly moving past the innocent ones. (Laughs) I can't remember the names of the ones I grew up with, but I remember one with puppets. I love "Miracle of 34th Street."

What's the most hideous Christmas present you've ever gotten?

I vividly remember asking my dad for a boogie board. I'm Australian, so that's what we're all about: surfboards and boogie boards. Actually, I didn't know how expensive a boogie board was, and my dad had to watch how much money he spent on us for Christmas. So he bought me a blow-up raft ... for the surf -- the kind that you'd lie in a pool, not surf with. I didn't want to hurt his feelings, so I took it to the beach trying to catch the waves with this blow-up raft, and all the kids were making fun of me.

Did you pretend you liked it?

I did for about five seconds, and then I was stabbing it. 'Oh, look dad, it won't blow up.' (Laughs)

Do you recycle Christmas gifts? Have you ever done that?

All the time. Can I tell you what me and my friends did? One year, I was given one of those miniature tool kits. It's got everything, but it's miniature. I was given that by my friend Paul. I gave it to Mark the next year for Christmas, he gave it to Irving the year after and the fourth year, Irving gave it back to Paul without any of us knowing. So it took four years to get back to the original owner -- unopened. (Laughs)

Christmas can be a stressful time of year. What's your go-to relaxation regimen?

Cricket. Every year, I go to watch Cricket. Cricket is the most relaxing thing in the world. Unless you play it, it's just bizarre. No one would understand why you sit there for eight hours. The game goes for five days. Not a lot happens. There's five hundred pitches in a day. Everyone just sits and chats and we catch up and watch cricket all day and do nothing. It's the only day -- as a father -- I'm allowed to sit and do nothing. It does relax me.

What's your favorite memory of Christmas with your wife and children?

I've got to say, right now, I'm predicting this year is probably going to be the most special. I just looked at [the seating arrangements in] that front row [at rehearsals for Christmas In Washington] and I saw [the seating charts] -- the first family and my family in the front row there. I think it's all going to be good, although I've got to admit, I did a show on Broadway two years ago. My kids have grown up with me doing the theater. My [8-year-old] daughter was so comfortable and used to me doing stage work that in the middle of my show, she put up her hand and she said, 'Dad.' I said, 'What?' She goes, 'I need to go to the bathroom.' So I stopped the show and said, 'Fine, you can go to the bathroom.' So she comes up on stage and walks off into the wings. (Laughs)

She can't understand why the President doesn't come by for a cup of tea. She's a little [put out] that the President doesn't come by for a cup of tea. She says, 'The President is in town, why doesn't he come by?' (Laughs) So she might go up to the President and go, 'What's the matter? What's the deal? I don't understand ... And why have you got the seat right in the middle?' (Big Laugh) My little princess.

Christmas in Washington -- a holiday tradition benefiting the Children's National Health System -- will air Friday, Dec. 20 at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) exclusively on TNT. The concert is attended each year by the President and First Lady.

'Survivor: Blood Vs. Water' Finale Winner Revealed

0
0
When the night began, there were still seven people vying for the position of "Sole Survivor." By the time "Survivor: Blood vs. Water" wrapped its season two hours later, Tyson Apostol was the last man standing. He'd held a position of power in the game since his girlfriend was eliminated earlier in the season. And he managed to hold onto a three-person alliance, bringing Gervase Peterson and Monica Culpepper with him to the end.

Save for one arguably bitter vote against him from Vytas Baskauskas, Tyson secured every other vote from the jury thanks to a very strong game. Entertainment Weekly's Dalton Ross called it well-deserved, writing, "In his third time playing the game, Tyson checked off all the boxes on his résumé through the course of the season: making a big move to get rid of early favorite Aras, finding the only two hidden immunity idols in the game, and then winning the final two individual immunity challenges to ensure his place in the final three." Zap2It's Andrea Reiher agreed, saying that Tyson "played an awesome game."

"Survivor" returns for its 28th season in February 2014. Jeff Probst teased the format, which promises a battle with "Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty."

Beyonce 'Beyonce' Review: Fifth Album Is Her Strongest

0
0
Beyonce, "Beyonce" (Columbia Records/Parkwood Entertainment)

Beyonce is a beast. Her fifth self-titled album, released in surprise form late last week, is a collection of songs that highlight Beyonce's evolution as a woman and artist. It's her strongest and most cohesive album to date.

What's most appealing about "Beyonce" is that it shows — in the sound and method of release — how she isn't conforming to mainstream and commercial standards: The songs, while some will find success as singles, play like a unified assembly, instead of a loose body of work (that's a hit at the slew of contemporary pop singers who are singles artists). On the gloomy "Haunted," Beyonce even hints at the album's future success (or lack thereof): "This probably won't sell," she says. "I don't trust these record labels, I'm torn."

The album marks a powerful time for Beyonce. While her competitors include acts like Katy Perry, Rihanna and Lady Gaga — singers who consistently release chart-topping songs — Beyonce jumps back in front of the pack with an album that is both commercially appealing and artistically enticing.

She kicks off the 14-track set in a supreme way with the Sia-penned "Pretty Hurts," a mellow R&B number about the sickness behind attempting perfection. It's matched with a beautiful video — as are the other songs — and features lyrics like, "It's the soul that needs surgery." That's followed with the Jay Z-assisted "Drunk in Love," a strikingly thumping, sexually charged jam that's irresistible. And sexuality is a large part of Beyonce's album.

On the old school-flavored "Blow," one of the disc's best tracks, Beyonce sings proudly of hitting the sheets with her lover, and on "Rocket," co-written with Justin Timberlake, she provides a Quiet Storm-anthem, where she sings softly: "Punish me, punish me please." On the falsetto-heavy "No Angel," Beyonce declares she's a freak.

The songs on "Beyonce" often double up in sound like two tracks combined, in the vein of Timberlake's work, though most of Beyonce's songs aren't as long. "(asterisk)(asterisk)(asterisk)Flawless" interpolates parts of the previously released "Bow Down/I Been On" and is full of swag, much like the beat-heavy "Partition."

Beyonce, a mostly guarded celebrity, has become more open over the years, and that's especially the case with songs like the self-explanatory "Jealous" and "Heaven," a soft and slow song about a loved one's death that could refer to her miscarriages.

"Blue," which includes the voice of her daughter Blue Ivy, closes the album and features Beyonce's beautiful tone and pitch. And that's just it — "Beyonce" is pitch perfect.

'Housewife' Kenya Denies Trying To Hook Up With Phaedra's Husband

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" cast member Kenya Moore addressed those rumors that she had a side relationship with Phaedra Parks' husband, Apollo. According to Apollo, Kenya had tried to hook up with him when they were both in Los Angeles on business, but Kenya vehemently denied it.

“I’ve never seen Apollo outside of a ‘Housewives’ taping ever," Kenya insisted. When Andy Cohen asked why Apollo would lie about it, Kenya responded, "Maybe he was caught with some other person ... I’m not the problem. I might be the fall guy, but I’m not the problem. I swear on everything. I’ve never seen him anywhere.”

Cohen promised to bring it up at the next reunion for "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." It's sure to be a hot topic, too. Fellow cast members Kandi Burruss and Cynthia Bailey have already been vocal about the scandal. They said that no matter what did or didn't happen in L.A., it was wrong for Kenya and Apollo to exchange flirty texts, which definitely happened.

Kenya Moore can be see on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo. "Watch What Happens: Live" airs every Sunday through Thursday at 11 p.m. EST on Bravo.

Kim Kardashian Suffers Backlash After Posting Photo Of North, Accused Of Grooming Her Brows

0
0
Kim Kardashian shared an incredibly adorable photo of her six-month-old baby, North West, yesterday (Dec. 16). But while many fans and followers cooed over the giggling baby girl, others have taken to social media to raise speculation about Nori's brows, and whether Kardashian has followed in the steps of former "Teen Mom" star Farrah Abraham, who admitted to waxing her 4-year-old daughter's eyebrows.

And even on Instagram, where the photo has amassed over 1.3 million likes, some people targeted the baby's perfect brows. "I hope you really ain't that superficial to be waxing that baby's eyebrow tho," wrote Instagram user jayelpurp.

Others, however, have taken to social media to defend Kim, writing:

When asked to comment, a rep for Kardashian said the allegations that the reality star grooms her child's brows "[are] false. Completely ridiculous."

This isn't the first time Kardashian has come under fire for her parenting skills. Last month, the reality star got flack for traveling the country with fiance Kanye West and attending his shows, something some people on Twitter used as "evidence" she is a negligent mother.

"u sound so ignorant," she tweeted back to one particular follower. "Bc I don’t tweet or instagram my every move w my daughter means I am not with her 247? We share what we want. Or is it bc I go support my fiance at every show & I post pix? When the baby goes down 4 bed or a nap, parents are allowed 2 work & support each other, maybe even have fun too."

Sadly, it looks like an ongoing struggle for Brandi, who immediately headed home. The break-in happened this past summer, and Wetpaint reports that Chica's still at large. Brandi has offered a $10,000 reward for her dog's return, but has also adopted a new dog since. Over at The Stir, Rebecca Stokes felt for Brandi, writing, "Brandi can be unpredictable but she's not a bad person -- no one deserves to get that call!"

'Her' Review: Spike Jonze's Portrait Of Forward-Thinking Romance Is Lovely

0
0
LOS ANGELES (AP) — How essential are physical and emotional connections when falling in love? What would you miss — looking into someone's eyes, caressing them, tasting them? In "Her," Spike Jonze's futuristic exploration of a man's relationship with his computer, the filmmaker surveys human disjunction.

Joaquin Phoenix is Theodore, a loner struggling to cope with his unwanted divorce from neuroscientist Catherine (a comely, sullen Rooney Mara). Theodore has become guarded, but his work requires an outpouring of emotions as he pens tender, personal letters for others at beautifulhandwrittenletters.com. After seeing an ad for an artificial intelligence operating system, Theodore purchases one and finds his new OS is voiced by a dame with a sultry, whiskey-stained tone named Samantha (a witty and relaxed Scarlett Johansson, who is never seen on-camera). Samantha is at Theodore's beck and call. Communicating by way of an earpiece and a small hand-held device, she keeps him on schedule and encourages him to get back out there and go on a blind date. His date (Olivia Wilde) critiques his kissing ability and scolds him for refusing to indulge in the idea of a relationship. "I'm not in a place where I can commit right now" becomes one of Theodore's signature lines, even as he becomes smitten with Samantha.

But eventually Theodore and Samantha, who is eager to please and has the ability to grow through her experiences, fall for each other. Jonze effectively manages to capture real intimacy as the couple greet each other in the morning and say goodnight when the day is done. Theodore takes Samantha on a double date with his co-worker, Paul (played by the ever-hilarious Chris Pratt), and Samantha composes piano melodies to emphasize their experiences. (The sound of the film is engineered by indie rockers Arcade Fire and violinist Owen Pallett.)

Jonze has become known for creating bewildering worlds, from his work on the maniacal Oscar-nominated "Being John Malkovich," his layered "Adaptation" and the heart-rending "Where the Wild Things Are." He's also crafted arresting videos for inventive artists like Bjork and Kanye West, as well as a collection of short films, commercials and documentaries. But "Her" is the first feature film he's penned solo and he's never been so ingenious.

In a dark theater, surrounded by the wondrous world Jonze creates in "Her," in theaters Friday, it's difficult to avoid getting emotional. There is such a somber and supple tone throughout, as Theodore (faultlessly performed by a pensive and vulnerable Phoenix) surrenders to his desperation, finding glimpses of glee we're pleased he's afforded.

Visually Jonze has built a bold dreamland: a near-future Los Angeles awash with primary colors and warm pastels that tickle our childlike senses. Every fella dons high-waisted pants, a fashion choice emphasizing the sign of the times. And for the magnetic cityscapes, the movie was filmed in Los Angeles and China.

Amy Adams delivers a delicate portrayal of Theodore's lovelorn neighbor and best friend, Amy. She supports his decision to date his OS, but thinks anybody who falls in love is a freak. "It's kind of a form of socially acceptable insanity," she proclaims.

But Theodore's ex-wife thinks his latest turn at love is crazy. "You always wanted to have a wife without actually dealing with anything real," she tells him. Thus, the lingering questions are brought to the forefront: To what lengths would we go to avoid certain truths? And could virtual affairs be the inevitable evolution of relationships in our tech-blooming society? The notion of unconventional romanticism is certainly enchanting, but even computer love can be fleeting.

"Her," a Warner Bros. release, is rated R by the Motion Picture Association of America for "language, sexual content and brief graphic nudity." Running time: 126 minutes. Three and a half stars out of four.

Melissa Etheridge Says She'd Visit Russia To Lend Support 'As A Known Gay Person'

0

Melissa Etheridge is joining the ever-growing list of celebrities to sound off on Russia's "gay propaganda" laws.

The 52-year-old Grammy Award-winning rocker, who is openly gay, told the Washington Blade's Michael K. Lavers that she wouldn't hesitate to visit Russia if she were invited to attend the 2014 Winter Olympics despite the controversial legislation, which reportedly imposes fines for those who "spread information about non-traditional sexual behavior" to minors.

“I would be there with bells on,” Etheridge said. “I would love to go offer support, offer visibility, stand there just as a known gay person.”

Nonetheless, she also spoke in support of retired Olympic diver Greg Louganis. Louganis, who married longtime partner Johnny Chaillot, has questioned Elton John's decision to perform in Moscow and has argued that Thomas Roberts shouldn't have hosted the Miss Universe 2013 pageant in the Russian capital, despite opposing a boycott on the Sochi Olympics.

“He was an Olympic athlete and it’s completely understandable where he’s coming from and each of us have different paths and there is no one right way to do this," Etheridge said. "If each of us acts and behaves with our conscience we can move this forward.”

You can read Lavers' full interview with Etheridge here.

In recent weeks, Russian lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) rights advocates have said they hope the International Olympic Committee will put additional pressure on Russia over the legislation due to what they describe as a spike in anti-LGBT violence.

Maria Kozlovskaya, a program manager at the Russian LGBT Network, told Reuters that the "gay propaganda" aw was "a green light for nationalistic groups to make violence against LGBT people."

NeNe Leakes: I Had Wine For Breakfast Before 'Housewives' Audition

0
0
In a candid interview with Giuliana Rancic, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star NeNe Leakes revealed what may have been the secret to her landing her "Housewives" gig. Apparently, her nerves got the best of her when the casting director was heading over to meet her. "I had wine instead of having breakfast," Leakes admitted.

Because of this, Leakes said she answered the door in very dramatic fashion, saying, "Hellooooooo, and welcome, honey!" Of course, Leakes' over-the-top personality is one of the main draws for the series. That personality -- possibly loosened up by wine -- won over the casting director, and the rest is reality television history. "Atlanta" premiered in 2008 and quickly became the franchise's most popular iteration.

Leakes has gone on to become a star in her own right, outside of the show, but that intense work and travel schedule came with a price. The reality star was rushed to the hospital in November with a blood clot in her lungs. Leakes told E! Online's Mark Malkin, "I'm not 100 percent, but I'm trying to get there ... It's been tough, but I've been pretty strong. I'm coming back."

NeNe Leakes can be seen every week on "The Real Housewives of Atlanta," Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.

Kylie Jenner: 'Everyone Is Always Telling Me What (And What Not) To Do'

Kylie Jenner is wearing baby blue and taking a pink car to the big dance on cover of Seventeen Prom. In the issue, the youngest Kardashian sister shares her best fashion advice -- and also takes the time to clear up a major rumor about a certain male, celeb bestie she's been spending a lot of time with lately.

The 16-year-old may still be in high school, but she has some serious life experience under her belt: she stars in a reality TV show with her family, is co-authoring a new book and launched her own PacSun fashion line with her sister Kendall.

Check out a few quotes from the interview, below, and scroll down to see the full cover. The issue is on newsstands December 25th.

Own your confidence: “Since I was 9 years old, I’ve been in the entertainment business, and everyone is always telling me what -– and what not -– to do… you just get a tough skin and have to not care about what people think or you will not end up in a good place.”

Choose your date very wisely: “I don’t have a boyfriend, but I do really want that boyfriend prom experience. I would want to go with someone who’s not afraid, or doesn’t think that he’s too cool, to show up at my house with a rose corsage. It would be nice for the guy to come over and be respectful and nice while my mom takes prom pics. But if I couldn’t find a boyfriend, I would want to go with one of my best guy friends, like Jaden [Smith]. I know I’d have fun with him –- he makes me laugh and he is a great dancer.”

Don’t break the budget: “I borrow things from my sisters’ closets all of the time. For prom, I’d probably raid Khloe’s for shoes (she has the best shoes!), and Kim’s for dresses and handbags because I really admire her style a lot… You don’t have to go to some fancy restaurant for dinner either. Food is food, right? I’d definitely be at In-N-Out for a burger!”

Don’t be afraid to ask a guy to dance: “I love to dance, so I’m definitely always the first one out on the dance floor. And when it comes to guys, I don’t get shy. So if I wasn’t with a date, I wouldn’t have a problem going up to a guy and just saying, ‘Are you gonna dance with me?’ Trust me, it’ll work for you too! Guys like it when you aren’t afraid to make the first move.”

'Sing-Off' Contestants Stun With Rendition Of Destiny's Child 'Survivor'

"The Sing-Off" continued its whirlwind season on NBC. Heading into its second week, the most exciting part of the drama is always when the bottom two teams face off in a head-to-head battle. Every group prepares for the same song, so when it's time to battle, we always get their very best. This week, Element and Vocal Rush absolutely killed it with Destiny's Child's "Survivor."

In the end, only one could survive the judge's elimination. It was the end of the road for Element, as Vocal Rush hangs in there ... for now. There are two more episodes this week -- and we're already just a week away from the finale -- so there's little time for anyone to relax!

Despite what they saw as a recurring "tempo issue" from Vocal Rush, Buddy TV's Eva Des Lauriers agreed with the judges' decision to keep them over Element. The good news for fans of both groups is that "The Sing-Off" has just announced that some of the acts from the current season will be going on tour in February -- a first for the show.

"The Sing-Off" continues on Wednesday and Thursday at 8 p.m. EST. Next Monday at 8 p.m. EST is the season finale on NBC.

TV Replay scours the vast television landscape to find the most interesting, amusing, and, on a good day, amazing moments, and delivers them right to your browser.
