Stevie Nicks' Home Features A 'Nude Pool'

Stevie Nicks' former home is up for sale. The 3,538-square-foot house, located in the Hollywood Hills, was built in the 1920s and was once the residence for silent film star Vilma Banky. The Fleetwood Mac singer originally purchased the home in the '70s and went on to record several demos in the house.

The Spanish Moorish style house boasts four bedrooms, a guest house and sunset views. But the feature that we are most intrigued by is what one source is calling a "private nude pool."

Huh. We want to know what makes it specifically a "nude pool"? Couldn't any pool potentially be a nude pool?

Whatever the case, this gorgeous home is a steal at $1.625 million, at least by Hollywood standards. Let's just hope the current owner used lots of chlorine.

Jane Seymour has called it quits with her fourth husband, James Keach, to whom she's been married for the last 20 years. The couple has twin sons together.

A spokesperson for the 62-year-old actress confirmed the news and said Seymour and Keach, an award-winnng director and producer, "are separated and have been for several months. At this time they are negotiating the terms of their divorce."

"They will continue their relationship as devoted parents to their children, as business associates and partners, and in their joint dedication to preserving and furthering the charitable endeavors that they've worked on throughout their marriage," the spokesperson said.

According to RadarOnline, Seymour suspected Keach, 65, had been unfaithful and had kicked him out of their Malibu, Calif., home. "Jane heard that her husband was getting close to a woman that she knows –- that's when she lost it," a source allegedly told RadarOnline.

This will be Seymour's fourth divorce. She's been previously married to Victor Geoffrey Planer, Michael Attenborough and David Flynn. She has two older children with Flynn.

Talk about a career change: Snoop Lion is headed to "One Life To Live."

The rapper, formerly known as Snoop Dogg, will produce and perform the theme song for Prospect Park's revival of the late ABC soap.

In addition to performing the song, titled "Brand New Start," Snoop will appear as himself on "One Life To Live."

“We’re thrilled to have the support of such an iconic artist, like Snoop Lion. To have him write and produce the theme song for this series and to have the amazingly talented Iza Lach on board, is just incredible. We are extremely grateful and excited for fans to hear the new theme song and of course catch Snoop Lion in upcoming episodes,” Jeff Kwatinetz, chairman and CEO of Prospect Park, said in a statement.

Snoop Lion isn't the only surprising named headed to "One Life To Live." "Jersey Shore" vet Jenni "JWoww" Farley will recur as Nikki, a flirtatious bartender hired at a nightclub called Shelter, and Corbin Bleu of "High School Musical" fame will play Jeffrey King, a young reporter who comes to Llanview to work for The Banner under Victoria Lord (Erica Slezak).

Bleu tweeted a photo of himself with Snoop Lion on the "One Life To Live" set:

“One Life To Live” will premiere with new episodes on Hulu, Hulu Plus and iTunes on Mon., April 29th.

Judd Slams McConnell 'Destruction'

Actress and activist Ashley Judd said a leaked tape featuring Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) discussing with aides how to take her on as a potential opponent is an example of "politics of personal destruction."

The tape -- leaked by Mother Jones and reportedly recorded at a Feb. 2 meeting -- featured discussions between McConnell and his aides weighing Judd's mental health and religion as weaknesses that could be politically attacked in the case of a Senate challenge.

Though Judd announced she would not run against McConnell, she didn't hold back from criticizing the senator's political motives. A spokesman for Judd gave the following statement to Us Weekly:

This is yet another example of the politics of personal destruction that embody Mitch McConnell and are pervasive in Washington, D.C. We expected nothing less from Mitch McConnell and his camp than to take a personal struggle such as depression, which many Americans cope with on a daily basis, and turn it into a laughing matter. Every day it becomes clearer how much we need change in Washington from this kind of rhetoric and actions.

Curtis Morrison and Shawn Reilly, two men from a super PAC called Progress Kentucky, have been accused of taping the private conversation from a hallway outside McConnell's Louisville headquarters. A lawyer for Reilly has denied he was involved in the leak, and Morrison said he "has no statement" on the incident.

McConnell's campaign has said it's working with the Federal Bureau of Investigations in a probe of the leak.

From Margaery Tyrell To Irene Adler

Natalie Dormer is on the "Elementary" set!

The British actress, who plays Margaery Tyrell on "Game of Thrones," has joined the CBS drama's take on the classic Sherlock Holmes stories as the revered Irene Adler. TV Guide was the first to report the casting news earlier this week.

Jonny Lee Miller, who plays Sherlock in the show, tweeted a picture of himself with Dormer on the "Elementary" set.

Adler has been an unseen character on "Elementary" Season 1. She was described as Sherlock's ex who died at the hands of serial killer "M.", which fueled Sherlock's descent into drug addiction. When Sherlock later confronted "M." -- who turned out to be Sebastian Moran (Vinnie Jones) -- he learned that Adler was actually killed by Moraiarty.

In November, "Elementary" executive producer Rob Doherty told TV Guide, "As we build our Irene and we get into more detail, obviously, she has to be fairly unique, in that someone like Sherlock found himself attracted to her ... As we've said in the past, he doesn't really like to get close to anyone, let alone women. The way we've depicted him, to this point in the season, he's not an especially romantic kind of guy ... Irene has to have a certain strength. I see someone who has to have managed to surprise Sherlock in small, but significant ways. He's so easily bored by the predictable."

Following "Made in Jersey's" demise, Doherty told TV Guide that the late CBS legal drama's star Janet Montgomery could play Adler.

And in January, at the 2013 Television Critics Association's Winter Press Tour, Doherty told reporters (via The Hollywood Reporter) that viewers "will see a living, breathing actress reading lines and portraying Irene," but hinted that that could be in flashback form.

Irene Adler has frequently been used as a romantic interest for Holmes in adaptions of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's original work. In the film franchise starring Robert Downey Jr., Rachel McAdams plays Irene Adler and in BBC's "Sherlock," Adler was portrayed by Lara Pulver opposite Benedict Cumberbatch.

Do you think Natalie Dormer will make a good Irene Adler on "Elementary"? Do you think Janet Montgomery should've gotten the part? Sound off in the comments!

"Elementary" airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. ET on CBS.

The New Chris Harrison

"Don't Trust The B---- In Apt. 23" may have been canceled, but its former star James Van Der Beek is moving in on another show's territory.

In a commercial for the HTC One, Van Der Beek teamed up with Funny or Die and Turner Broadcasting to parody "The Bachelorette" and its host Chris Harrison. In the spot, which you can watch below, the "Dawson's Creek" alum plays the host of a fictional reality TV dating competition called "The One."

"I just love the sincerity that he's able to muster time and time again," Van Der Beek said of Harrison in a phone interview with The Huffington Post. "I just thought it was hilarious. I mean, I believe him!"

Van Der Beek also talked about the next reality TV show he plans to poke fun at, how much he misses "Don't Trust The B---- In Apt. 23," his new "Friends"-esque pilot, whether or not "Dawson's Creek" will be following in the footsteps of "Veronica Mars" with a Kickstarter campaign and much more.

Did you watch any episodes of "The Bachelor" to prepare for "The One"?
I did actually. I got on YouTube and started doing my research. I had seen it way back in the day, but I hadn't watched it in years. So I just started looking at the top videos and what people had been watching the most and I thought, "Oh, this is going to be fun to parody."

Have you heard from Chris Harrison?
No, but I just love the sincerity that he's able to muster time and time again. I just thought it was hilarious. I mean, I believe him! I believe him when he talks and that's probably why he's so good at it and why the show's been on for so long. But I thought that sincerity, in the context of the HTC deal, would be hilarious. [Laughs.]

This is the second reality TV show you've parodied. The "Apt. 23" version of James Van Der Beek had a "Dancing with the Stars" arc.
[Laughs.] Watch out, "Top Chef"!

Are you still reeling from the "Apt. 23" cancellation?
The really tough thing is I loved everybody that I worked with. It was one of the best groups of people to go and laugh with everyday. At this point, I'm really proud of it, which might sound funny because it was so ridiculous, but I really loved it. So at the end of the day, I flash forward to three, five years from now, all the episodes will be available at some point, somewhere digitally and you can watch them in order. I said to the cast when I found out that we weren't going to make anymore, "From this moment forward, this is no longer a cancelled show; this is now 26 episodes of awesome that we can all be proud of of." And there's still eight episodes that nobody's seen! It was one of things that, on a network level, nobody could really figure out how to program it so that it worked in their business model, but it's something that I still hold dear to my heart and I love all the people involved.

You and Krysten Ritter both booked pilots pretty quickly thereafter. Have you filmed the "Friends With Better Lives" pilot?
Yeah, we shot the pilot last week. It was great! It was a lot of fun. You know, it's a live audience, multi-cam sitcom and James Burrows directed it, who is the godfather of that medium. It's a really good cast and it was just a blast! It's something new for me -- I have not done a lot of multi-cam sitcoms so it's going to be a challenge and we'll see. We'll find out in May whether or not it's able to crack that CBS lineup. [Laughs.]

What's your character, Will, like?
He's a newly divorced guy, just four or five weeks out of separating and just starting to come to terms with the fact that his marriage is over. And he's got this support group of five friends who are helping him through it, two of whom have been married and have two kids, one of whom is perpetually single and then another one who just got engaged.

The "Friends" comparisons seem inevitable. It sounds a bit like that six-some group, just 10 years later.
Yeah, I think so. These people are a little bit further down the line. I think it's somewhat of a fair comparison. What I liked about it was that they're dealing with the realities of being in your 30s.

Is it weird to be filming a comedy that isn't "Don't Trust The B"? Have you talked to Krysten about that?
It was weird -- and I haven't talked to her about this aspect of it yet -- but I felt like the new kid at school. We even did the read through at 20th Century Fox, which is the same room we used to do the read throughs for "Apt. 23" in and that first day, it was strange to be there without my friends. It felt like I had moved to a new school -- or the entire school had moved and I was still in the same building. [Laughs.] But that's the business. I've been doing this 20 years now, long enough to appreciate what it is to be part of a good group of people and also, long enough to know that you pick up and you look to what's next and you try to find something a little different to do.

Ever since James Van Der Memes, it's seemed like comedy is a natural fit for you, but people never really thought of you that way. Had you wanted to do more comedic projects, but just fell into dramas after "Dawson's Creek"?
I just always wanted to shake it up. I mean, I started out with drama, but I'm really having fun with comedy. And this summer I did probably the most elegant movie I've ever been a part of -- [Laughs] -- which is "Labor Day." Jason Reitman directed and it's Josh Brolin and Kate Winslet. At least on my end, there's no comedic element to that at all and that felt very natural. But I've always kind of been a smart ass, privately. [Laughs.] I was always finding the most inappropriate thing to say at any given moment.

With the "Veronica Mars" Kickstarter success, there's a lot of TV revival chatter happening. Could you see a "Dawson's Creek" reunion or movie happening with fan funding?
[Laughs.] If you can get all four of us in a room together, go for it. [Laughs.] Everybody's so busy. Everybody's got their own career and everybody's doing really well, but there's no script. Kevin Williamson could not be busier or more successful with all of his shows and you know, with "Veronica Mars," that was a show that was canceled before its time. I don't know that anybody involved with "Dawson's" feels that way. [Laughs.] I mean, we went into the college years. You know what I'm sayin'? [Laughs.]

In addition to premiering on Funny Or Die, James Van Der Beek's HTC commercial will also air across TBS and TBS.com, Adult Swim and AdultSwim.com, truTV and truTV.com, as well as TeamCoco.com beginning the week of April 15. Movie-going audiences will also see the Funny Or Die content on 8,000 screens exclusively in NCM’s FirstLook pre-show program in hundreds of theatres nationwide from April 26-May 23.

Sarah Tetteh: Why Women Just Can't Resist a Bad Boy as Rihanna Takes Back Chris Brown - Again

$
0
0

I'm not going to lie. Everybody likes a bit of a bad boy. And with her tattoos and gun-toting lyrics, let's face it, Rihanna was never going to settle for a drip.

Back in the arms of Chris Brown for the 183rd time quashing rumours they had split by posting a picture of them cosying up on a shopping trip this week, is it about time we accepted Rihanna will date who she pleases, when she pleases?

She is the first to admit after all: "I don't understand love".

However, the Bajan star, 25, is not the first pop princess to fall for a bad guy. It's a case of history repeating itself when you look at volatile couples in the music industry like Ike and Tina Turner and Whitney and Bobby.

The reality is Rihanna and Chris probably won't be the last.

So what is it that attracts her to the man who is doing community service for assaulting her before the Grammys in 2009? This is something only the two of them will ever know.

Now she has publicly forgiven him, first breaking down on Oprah saying she still loved him, she wants the rest of the world to forget about his past too.

Public opinion seems to be easing up on the 23-year-old Grammy winning singer. After all Chris, who has apologised for his actions, broke bread with the likes of Elton John at the Oscars, Adele at the Grammys and squeaky clean star J-Lo recently posted a new bff picture with Chris in the studio where they were recording together.

Is it because he apparently makes Rihanna happy, or because he makes great hits, that people are starting to accept him back in their fold?

Rihanna's decision to take him back has naturally raised eyebrows among her fans, and domestic violence groups.

But defiant Rihanna has never claimed to be a role model, and it's her blatant honesty about her struggle with love that endears her to her 29million plus Twitter followers.

Let's not forget, she has fought tooth and nail to be with Chris, who was dating model Karrueche Tran before Rihanna came back on the scene. So why does she keep taking him back? Perhaps it their animal attraction and tempestuous nature of their relationship that makes it exciting...

Feminists might argue she is being weak and a victim for going back to Brown. But in following her heart and standing up for what she believes in despite being criticised, many fans have saluted her for her bravery. Her whole I-dont-give-a-damn attitude now defines the pop icon, who curses, regularly uses the 'n' word without being hung out to dry, and is still at the top of her game, even giving the likes of Beyonce and Lady Gaga a run for their money in the popularity stakes.

She wears her heart on her sleeve, and she is without sounding cliché 'real' about every emotion.

Puffing on funny looking cigarettes and posting racy snaps on Twitter, it seems Rihanna's not a good girl gone bad, but a bad girl getting badder.

Perhaps it's the challenge in believing she can change him that keeps them together- "He doesn't have the luxury to f*** up again", she said recently. Otherwise he'll have her sea of Rihanna Navy followers to answer to.

The most surprising thing to come out of Kim Kardashian's divorce settlement negotiations on Friday -- besides Kris Humphries not showing up? The reality star's decidedly conservative choice in outfit.

With her hair slicked back into a tight pony-tail, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star arrived at the Los Angeles courthouse in white slacks and a high-collared, gray patterned jacket -- way more ladies-who-lunch than the va va voom looks we've come to expect from her:

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — Tyga (TY'-guh) is set to perform at Harvard University despite opposition from critics who've signed a petition seeking to keep him away over what they call his "violently misogynistic lyrics."

The Grammy-nominated rapper is scheduled to perform at the nation's oldest university for the Yardfest concert Saturday.

The Harvard Concert Commission and College Events Board announced Monday they'd retain Tyga despite a petition bearing more than 2,000 signatures. The petition had prompted university administrators to urge organizers to reconsider letting the rapper headline the event.

The Boston Globe reports ( ) organizers have apologized for failing to put on an inclusive event. http://bo.st/Xx88Yn

Tyga is signed to Lil Wayne's Cash Money Records. He just released his third album, "Hotel California." His hits include the Grammy-nominated "Deuces," with Chris Brown.

"He's unraveling," The Following's Ryan Hardy (Kevin Bacon) said of cult leader Joe Carroll (James Purefoy) in the most recent episode of Fox's serial killer drama.

With Joe suffering from writer's block, dealing with incompetent followers, and realizing that the FBI is getting closer and closer to his hideout, it does seem like the demented web he's weaving is coming apart at the seams. And in Monday's new episode (9/8c, Fox), it becomes clearer than ever that things are not quite falling into place for the escaped serial killer.

Ashley Tisdale nearly slipped out of her dress as she grabbed some coffee with her boyfriend Christopher French in Toluca Lake, Calif., yesterday (April 12).

In photos obtained by X17Online.com, the "Scary Movie 5" star risked a wardrobe malfunction in the strappy, loose-fitting frock, flashing some sideboob while getting into her car. The 27-year-old obviously went braless for the afternoon, pairing the orange-print sundress with black ankle boots and a pendant necklace.

Earlier this week, Tisdale's sexy Maxim magazine photo shoot was released. The "High School Musical" star posed topless on the cover, donning only an open leather jacket and tiny undergarments.

Celebrity Week In Review: Tom Talks Divorce And More

There were a lot of confessions this week in Hollywood as the stars revealed some major news.

First off, Tom Cruise admitted that his divorce from Katie Holmes was a shock, telling a German TV network ProSieven that he "did not expect" the split. The 50-year-old actor also said that he's had "an incredible amount of time to reflect" on Holmes' decision and that he's ready to move forward.

Someone else who told the truth this week was Lindsay Lohan, who revealed that she thinks rehab is "a blessing" in an appearance on "The Late Show with David Letterman" April 9.

"I think this is an opportunity for me to focus on, you know, what I love in life," Lohan told Letterman, adding, "And I don’t think it’s a bad thing."

Not at all Lindsay, let's just make that treatment stick this time.

Something we DON'T want to stick is Farrah Abraham's desire to be in the porn industry. The "Teen Mom" star made a sex tape with LiLo's former "Canyons" co-star James Deen, who told TMZ, "Word travels fast, it isn't even edited yet. We shot it yesterday," on April 8.

On April 9, Abraham tweeted:

Also this week, Lena Dunham went braless, Michelle Williams showed off her legs, Kim Kardashian went makeup-free and Snooki defended her weight loss.

Lindsay Lohan Hits Coachella In Crop Top Before Heading To Rehab

Lindsay Lohan hit Coachella for one last hurrah, before she has to ship off to rehab next month.

The 26-year-old actress was spotted at the music festival on Friday night with her younger brother Cody and sister Ali, who hopefully will keep Lindsay from getting into much trouble this weekend.

X17Online's photographers snapped photos of the actress who was wearing a long-sleeve crop top that exposed her midriff and black short shorts with a gray sweater tied around her waist, as though she had time travelled to 1994. Lindsay was also wearing a Coachella-approved side braid in her hair, which is a staple of festival goers.

Lohan is scheduled to serve 90 days in rehab at Seafield Center in Westhampton Beach, NY, but according to TMZ, the actress may be in for more than she bargained for.

An official source at Seafield told the website, that while they allow patients to take drugs prescribed by doctors, they are weary of Adderall, because many people take it for weight loss purposes or to get high rather than for ADHD. Sources told TMZ that the center tries to ween patients off of Adderall, and give them less addictive ADHD meds, and since Lohan has reportedly been a "hard-core" Adderall user for years, she's allegedly been telling friends that she refuses to take anything other than the ADHD drug.

At this point, only time will tell if Lohan books it out of there if she can't get her Adderall.

'I'm Not Doing Them A Service If I Blow Smoke'

In her first season on "American Idol," Nicki Minaj has established an entertaining, brutally honest style that's been a breathe of fresh air on the judges' panel. But in an interview with THR, Minaj stressed that just because she keeps it real, that doesn't mean she doesn't care about the contestants.

"I know that sometimes when I speak in a really blunt way like I do, people take that as me not loving and caring about these people. But I really do, I feel like they're family to me. But I feel like I'm not doing them a service if I blow smoke up their ass, and I just refuse to do that."

The case of Burnell Taylor was a prime example of Minaj's approach. Minaj respected Taylor's voice and personal story and cried after he was eliminated, but still didn't rally the judges to use their save on him. "I mean, when I see someone come from nothing, and their family just lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, and they had to rebuild ... I remember my own childhood, and I remember how many children are out there suffering now ... Burnell, not only did he have such a beautiful story, but he had such a unique voice and unique spirit. So yeah, those tears were real for Burnell," Minaj explained.

"American Idol" airs Wednesday and Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.

WATCH: Emma Watson Pole Dances In 'The Bling Ring'

Emma Watson continues to shy away from her typically "good girl" image, and embraces her naughty side by showing off her pole dancing skills in the a new clip from "The Bling Ring."

The film, directed by Sofia Coppola is based on the true story of a group of Los Angeles teens who broke into celebrity homes — including those of Paris Hilton, Rachel Bilson and Lindsay Lohan — and stole jewelry, clothing and electronics.

In the clip, Watson and her friends are in the midst of raiding an unidentified celebrity's closet (though it's clearly intended to be Paris Hilton's) before showing off her pole dancing moves in the star's "night club room" (it's a known fact that Hilton has a nightclub room with a stripper pole in her Beverley Hills home).

In a recent interview with MTV News, the 22-year-old former "Harry Potter" star revealed that it was her co-star Claire Julien, who taught her how to rock the pole.

"Claire actually taught me a bunch of moves," Watson said, prompting Julien to insist she's no pro when it comes to the stripper pole either.

"It was my first time. I just wanted to try it," Julien said.

Watson actually took pole dance lessons for the film, which she found physically taxing, and added that the sexy moves didn't come naturally.

"You have to be very physically strong to hold your own body weight, and I really didn't have that core strength initially, so that was pretty intimidating," Watson told MTV. "And, also, I'm just a really awkward sexy person, so basically the scene turned into me just messing around because I think Sofia thought, 'We need to give her a break.'"

"The Bling Ring" hit theaters in the U.S. on June 14.

Was It Really Necessary For 10 Sheriffs To Escort Kim Kardashian Out Of Court?

Kim Kardashian proved she's the master of b*tch face, as she was escorted out of a Los Angeles courthouse by ten L.A. County sheriffs on Friday.

The 32-year-old's estranged husband Kris Humphries was a no show at the mandatory divorce settlement conference, and it's clear that Kardashian was none too pleased. Superior Court Judge Hank Goldberg had to set another hearing for April 19, though it seems pointless since Humphries' lawyers said no settlement was reached and that a trial is still scheduled for May 6.

At least the pregnant reality star can take some solace in the fact that Humphries might be fined for skipping out of their court date.

Kardashian left the courthouse flanked by what seems like an excessive amount of sheriffs, since we doubt anyone would dare mess with her at that moment.

Former 'Pippi Longstocking' Star Arrested For Assault

Former child actress Tami Erin was arrested for allegedly assaulting her roommate on Thursday, reports TMZ.

Walnut Creek Police told the website that Erin, who starred in the 1988 children's film "The New Adventures of Pippi Longstocking," was placed under a citizen's arrest by a neighbor who heard Erin and her male roommate arguing. According to police, Erin's roommate called out for help and that's when the neighbor rushed over to help.

The actress was released from custody on Friday morning, and the case has been passed on to the District Attorney for review.

The 38-year-old has only completed a handful of projects since starring as Pippi Longstocking, and was last seen in "Tim and Eric Awesome Show, Great Job! Chrimbus Special" in 2010.

Though Erin has been out of the spotlight for quite sometime, earlier this month she gave an interview looking back on her career and on her role as Pippi Longstocking, which she beat out more than 8,000 other young actresses to play.

"From the time I was 5, I started walking around the house acting like a movie star. I would prance around and touch my hair," she told The Daily Herald, adding that she believed acting was her "destiny."

"This was something that I always knew I was meant to do. It was destiny for me. The way that doors kept opening for me, when I finally became a movie star, on some level it was like, 'Exactly! Finally, I'm here!' I wanted to be a movie star. A real movie star. My dream came true!"
